  • Awesome job! Keep up the clean eating! I know I've been told in the past to watch my fruit intake. Fruit is high in sugars, and you want to try an keep that down. Adding in the veggies to your smoothies is definitely the way to go!

  • @RockFitnessWithMary thanks mary, i justify the fruit eating it so early in the day but you are right the fructos(?) from the fruit is high and can add up fast, thinking about adding lentils....this smoothie is getting weird btw loving your new posts

  • @513kidwiggle The morning is def the time to eat anything high in carbs! I can't imagine lentils in a smoothie. You're on your own with that one :)

  • @casdav05 I think juicing would be super, all I have access to is a blender at work or I would, I also grow my own veg in the summer and that would cut costs some what,,,dunno I think about it alot but never do it. thanks for watching \/,,

  • Shoulders & arms was my workout today. I miss the p90x workouts since starting insanity. Good move to add spinach to your smoothie. I've heard that parsley is good for energy. As for the apple cider vinegar a police friend of mine told me about this & said it needs to be a certain brand & organic:two tablespoons mixed with 16 oz water. ppl he knows cut weight & trimmed stomach fat. +1 on the meat issue & chicken has ~60 g cholesterol for 4 oz. I have to watch cholesterol intake. BRING IT UP!

  • @howardthecpa sure im down for parsley, I'll pass on any info if i notice energy, Bragg organic unfilterd ACV is what I have on recommendation, tastes like it smells...

  • @513kidwiggle that's the apple cider vinegar! I haven't tried it because I think it'll taste horrible. if it gives me a *healthy* edge to trim fat whilst I I attempt increase muscle density then I'll try it.
