@TaylorLautnerBlog If you are at all unsure and can afford the salon that's what I would do. I have years and years of coloring under my belt and know how my hair responds to products. If you don't have a lot of money another good option is to check out your local beauty school. They will not mess up your hair and have an instructor there to check their work. I go to beauty schools when I don't feel like doing it myself. Good luck with your hair.
all you have to do to make the pink super light is mix some of the dye with conditioner -- it will keep it from getting super bright but it'll make it a very pretty baby cupcake pink :o)

Mix the pink you have with your conditioner, it'll make the vibrant pink a little softer like it is in this video. You can do the same with the purple for a pale purple:)

if you use clairol shimmer lights toning shampoo.. you'll get all that brassiness out.. believe me.. ive been platinum blonde for 2 yrs now..lol.. and when you do your roots make sure the salon uses a bleach with a purple base tone built in already it will prevent it from getting orangy-yellow. and DEEP CONDITION at least once a week. welcome to the world of blondes, honey!!

There's actually a toner at Sally's you can get that I recommend a lot It's called "White Lady" just mix it with some 20 developer.. When I was in my "bleaching stage" my hair was the whitest of the white because of that shit. but ya...Other than that, I wouldn't listen to advice from anyone at Sally's because those bitches are literally retarded and don't know shit about hair... :)
I'm doing my friends hair blond and then he's gonna wait 2 days and then go a very bright red. Is this bad for his hair or is waiting 2 days long enough to let his hair relax before I do it a very bright red? Anybody plz respond Thanx :)
Make sure he uses a treatment after your done bleaching. Ideally. ONE WEEK should be left in between bleaching and colour applications using anything stronger then 20 vol But 2 days will be fine, make sure he uses a decent shampoo and conditioner :) x

there is this brand of hair rinses called manic panic they have a color called virgin snow, if you have light yellow or brassy colors in your hair it makes the hair white. Since you already have a light blonde it should work really well for you. Good Luck.

I recently bleached the crap out of my hair and I was trying to do the color of yours. Platinum. And it came out like a pale yellow. I did NOT like it at all so I changed it back to a dark brown. Why did this happen? Should I have used a toner? Its been two days since I dyed it back to brown and I can see a little of the blond trying to come through. Especially when the light hits it. Takes time precious! your going to have a shitty yellow colour you HATE for a couple of days! the first bleach application is to remove colour and strip out any artificial pigment, second one does the same , by this time it is starting to remove natural pigment. depending on your natural base level you will get a red underlying pigment shining through! its a pain. rest your hair for 2 days then further 2 more bleach apps, (use 20 vol on your 4th bleach app) tone with a wella 12/89 if possible :)

I bleached my hair from black to white and I know how it feels! XD it takes forever if you want to do it without damaging it! now I went back to black and just a week ago I bleached my bangs and dyed them red!

I just went plantinum today myself, after a month of bleaching and resting and bleaching again. I did what beauty shops told me couldn't be done. Oh and please do the violet/purple and platinum look.
