I read somewhere that she wanted a significant pay raise and left Monk because she was refused. She is a very talented and atractive woman but she could and never should have asked the same pay as Tony. And maybe she didn't/. Does somebody know the reason why she left Monk? It is ALWAYS a mistake to think that you are not expendable at the place where you work.

it was so funny, i was watching a documentary on Tom hanks and they where talking about a league of their own, and i saw a girl who looked exactly like Sharona, Turns out it was her! i was like "MOM look it's Sharona!!!!" and she was like "No way" and i was like "Look closer" and she was like, "it is!!!" lol!!!
