Your written recipe says "two cups of flour", which makes a sticky dough. In the video, you say " add "3 cups of flour". We just took our sticky dough out of the oven to add more flour. You may want to change that error.
@bayiravimani I've made this a couple of time without issue, it is hard for me do diagnose a problem without seeing what you are doing though. Maybe try another recipe ?
@bayiravimani it is most likely the humidity or lack of in the air. that can affect your baking. add flour 1/2 cup at a time until you get the right consistency
I made this today using your recipe and it turned out good. I roasted and crushed the almonds prior to adding them into the dough. Thank you for sharing your recipe!
Thanks for the lovely recipe. Can you please tell the amount of salt and baking powder used in the recipe? I am not sure about what I heard while watching this video.
I'm back again with another update for you... I made some of these cookies; they are so simple to make and so delicious. I shared some of these with friends and they liked them very much also. Yet another recipe that earned me a big thumbs up.
I am making a biscotti w chocolate & pistachios right now & you gave me an idea to roast the nuts in oven 1st. That is awesome idea, brilliant, THANK YOU!
The more recipe videos I make the shorter they get. I also can't stand recipe videos that show 5 minutes of onion chopping, or 3 minutes of an electric mixer.
I was kinda intimidated about making biscotti.. You made it look quite easy! me thinks I'll try this, but ad some chocolate in there some how.. Thanks for this how to video..Oh, and where ever did you get that cute duck measuring cup? i love it!
Ive been looking for a good recipe for Biscotti, since Christmas and this looks pretty good and easy enough to make! Thanks, I LOVE your videos, please keep them coming, I get so many Ideas from you! Thanks again! Sharon

I should have looked at the recipe first. Mine is in the oven with 3 cups of flour. We;ll see how it turns out. I thought it was kind of thick. lol

@007380 You were the first one to point out that error, I put two cups and have two cups in the recipe but SAY three, I'm sorry about that.
I have added an annotation to the video to fix that.

love the fast forward action, some videos draaaaag so long for such simple recipes.
I like to add 1/2 cup chocolate chips or cranberry for a change. They are great just the way they are though.

It is not very sweet at all, almost like a biscuit.
