But ya, I think it's best to hover, flip inverted, and hover like that in the SIM, once you've got it in the SIM, take it to the real thing. That's how I did it, and it worked fairly well, no crashes doing it that way, as long as the heli is set up properly and you've learnt it in the SIM.
I was your hand that was failed... yeap. Get a simulator to practise inverted...
