  • Ifound u every time....i got enhansed vision....i see double vision, have poor vision(not can read at a distace of 1 inch, more like 10 -20 ft) plus a stigmatism in each eye, so my senses are hightend and my sight is directlyattracted to unnatual shaps and unmatching backround colors/things, shiny an colorful things too.....so i seen you everytime...not jokin or lying...But yah if u add more leaves to cover most-all of the green i might of not seen u.if u want 2 learn about my amazing life PM me

  • great video! 5* no doubt!

  • that was so cool you must send me a signed photo of the guy who whore the ghillie suit

  • Nice. If i wasn't looking for you or knew you were there I would have walked right over you. I am currently making one of my own. I am using Jute and burlap mostly. I am going to add some natural vegatation to make it look better. If you have any tips it would be appreciated.

  • 30% jute and burlap 70% vegetation best ghillie suit tip you need

  • found you third and fourth

  • only the first one was hard the outhers was more than obvious

  • only saw you on the second third and fourth

  • i for one am saying this on behalf of my brother and me we both have ghillie suits i've used mine for woodsball and for videos but the videos wouldn't upload =( but he did an excellent job of blending in i have done better in my opionion i was playing paintball and i was last one and there were 3 ppl and i was prone they all passed me for the flg and i grabbed theirs and waited shot them all and capped =)

  • that was awesome i agree with ajwalters12 i wouldnt have noticed you if i wasnt looking for you. awesome job great vid

  • i guessed #2 #3 and #4 but thats because we were actually looking for u... if i was playing paintball with u and just walking around then i would not have found u. good job :D

  • i enjoyed your vid, i was able to spot you every time..but i'm probly a little better than average at that. I have a USMC ghillie suit, it does the job. if you want to upgrade one more thing on your suit, you can iron/sew on canvas over the netting on the front of your suit. this is a scout/sniper technique which helps you move along the ground more easily without snagging the netting, which traditionally is non-existant on a hand made suit like mine. Other than that you are SOLID tho.

  • i found u each time lol im getting use 2 finding peps in ghillie suits but it was hard great job

  • WOW! haha 5:42 AMAZING! I'm impressed to say the least, i must say, i really am. great job. love the swing set too, haha.

  • the ghillie is amazing!

    5/5

  • the part where you walk behind the people walking and stop when she looks at you, i could not stop laughing

  • 6:10 amaazing spot!

  • 8:43 hilarious

  • lol the kids were like wtf????

  • That was pretty cool guys, always wanted to test myself on that. The 1st time you stumped me but the rest of the time I spotted you.

  • great video guys, really good job!

  • The original Ghillies were actually Scottish, but you were close!

    Cool video, guys.

  • Great video, loved the last part with the goofing around

  • easy to spot about 80% of the time. but then again, i'm our airsoft team's sniper, and i've been taught how to spot things easily. very good work though. the only thing i saw wrong about your hiding spots, it you tried too hard to show how it works and didn't make the lump of a body flow from some sort of natural vegitation. the first one you did close to the camera was very good because you made the branck behind you move instead. #2 was too obvious because of the leaves, #4 as well. 4/5

  • Big fuckin' woop. You play pretend with toy guns. I just can't stand the whole "BUT THEN AGAIN IM A LEET SNIPOR" shit. When you get into 1st battalion 5th Marine scout sniper platoon, give me a call so I can eat my own words. Until then, I'd keep your arrogant mouth shut about stupid shit you don't quite understand. Nothing pisses me off more than a wannabe gloating to everyone about how awesome he thinks he is when in actuality men are giving their LIVES doing the real thing.

    -LTJG Daniels

  • alright, how's this, i am pretty good, but i haven't getten the training given to marine scout snipers, and i do not have any experience in actual combat. however, i would not ever be in that platoon, but eventually i will be in a different one. i said i've been taught how, but i never said anything about being extremely proficient or being as good as an actual sniper. and btw, don't you have mock training battles durring basic? isn't that also using "toy" guns. and sniping isn't "stupid shit"

  • By stating that all of it was "easy to spot 80% of the time. but then again....etc, etc.." you implied that you're so fantastic. That's great, glad you can spot things like that while sitting in your chair watching a video. Those "toy" guns are put to use as training. We don't play with them regularly because the real thing is used 90% of the time. Things have switched from simunition rounds to paintball, and are starting to switch again to airsoft PTW rifles.

  • And you're right, sniping isn't stupid shit. What IS stupid, however, is gloating about how you think you're such a badass about it. It just irritated me beyond belief because you guys have no idea what any of the real operators and scout sniper teams go through. Especially the physical, physiological, and psychological tasks that are required. They don't get to sit down with a thumb up their ass and talk about how easy it is to spot enemy sniper teams while pausing a video on Youtube.

  • It's life or death for them routinely, and you HAVE to understand that. A true soldier would never gloat of his accomplishments nor of his status. It's just not something that you go around show-boating to people. Sorry about lashing out but I mean have some decency and respect for those that are out there doing the real thing to keep citizens like you speaking English and freely living life. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to talk to me about it.

    Sincerely,

    J. Daniels

  • well i actually do know what they go through, because i have a cousin that went through that, and he wan't the same when he got back. and my appologies if i semed arrogant, but you have to admit that with a little bit of practice they could have done better. btw, not to be an ass, but physical = physiological. and yes i do respect everyone in the armed services, and will be joining when the opportunity arises for me. and unlike a lot of people, i don't get mad at rants.

    C/ENS Hiler MH NJROTC A8

  • Physiological deals with the relationship between the MIND and body. Physical is just physical. If you were deployed for 18 months in a hot sandbox where bullets and mortar shells fly as often as pigeons, and in a place foreign to you where men are hellbent on having your throat slit open with a rusty machete, that mental aspect would take a huge toll on your body. That's the physiological strain. Physical strain would be sickness, fatigue, etc. Depression and PTSD are also physiological.

  • physiological is physical, and behavior psychophisiological is that and mental changes. and i've heard this all frrom Joel Brown who just got back from a 6 month tour in iraq about 4 weeks ago, and from my cousin who was in the gulf war. i'm not trying to say it's no big deal. i can't inagine what really goes on there, and war stories don't come close to the efect the actual event really has. i am cuious however, most people i talk to when they sign off like you did at the end of the last note

  • most of the vets i walk to also include their rate. i'm wondering why you didn't.

  • I'm not a 'vet', I'm a Midshipman in my third year at the Academy.

  • my appologies then

  • wow this sounds just like a video i saw before, would you have happen to get this from a video

  • the bird is the word

  • haha all the kids rush to the corner

  • the word ghillie comes from a scotish word MAN

    bofins !!!!

  • When you were hiding, too much of the green was visible making you easy to spot.

  • i saw you 2 3 5 6 lol your a bad hider

  • good vid man :-D

  • i found u 3 times lol but good vid i liked it

  • 8:05 looks like he was trying to pick you up.... lol

  • good vid

  • Haha, great video man. You also did your research very well. The Fun part of the vid reminds me of the time a buddy and i walked into &-11 to get coffee at 4:30 am while catching a bus to a paintball game. XD People tend to flip out from it easily.

  • lol thats awesome dude, im suprised we should have seen each other lol

  • lol, unless ur from oklahoma.. and i ment 7-11 building a 4th suit soon

  • and funny part was where??? i figure u were wearing your ghillie??lol u forgot 2 say that i think hmm?

  • umm i made a deseart ghillie and i reall dont understand how to put natural vegetation in the nettin every time i do it comes out please help me

  • you have to put veg in each part of your ghillie which there is only 6 parts if you think about it lol 2 arms, 2 legs, your back and your head

what you do is take a bunch of veg from plants and the ground floor, crunch em together and weave it through 3 holes in your suit. if you do that for each part, you will be good.

and btw this might take about 30 mins to an hour to do so.

  • Check out my video if you want, I demonstrate how to gather natural vegetation and put it on your suit...

    Nice video by the way!

  • good vid! i see 2,3,4,5

  • I saw the 3rd ,and 4th

  • Nice Video and a funny end! :D

  • Out of these colors, i can choose seven, which combination would you recommend for a massachusetts woods (tan, light olive, forest green, dark green, grey, black, brown) please help thnks

  • get 2 tan 2 light olive 2 forest green and 1 brown. the reason for this is because you can change from light to dark. and you can change according to season, winter, fall, or autum you might wanna put mostly tan and light olive with a mix of brown, and almost no green. in summer and late early to late spring add mostly green, with light olive, a mix of brown, and almost no tan. just dont add to much simply becuase it will hard to put vegetation in. so remember to be creative =)

  • Hey, nice video. It was a pretty good suit. I am not at all an expert but I have played with camo my whole life and have found that lighter colors are typically harder for the human eye to see in the nat. enviro. I did pick you out in each of your hides the first time I saw the video, for one of 2 reasons, being higher than the vegetation so you looked like a mound (which is a duh stmt) and the other is because the dark green of your suit showed thru your natural vegetation.

  • I would say in a response to xxemfc212xx's question, I would not go with forest green unless you plan on using it only in the very green times of year (late spring and summer) and I'd substitute it for the grey. The forest floor where you're typically laying will be more dead matter and you can always brush in green vegetation if you need to. The light colors are more versatile in my humble opinion. have fun though!

  • I live in massachusetts and have a leafy ground airsoft area like yours shown in the video but changes slightly throughout the year from shades of brown to green, What suit would you recommend and wht suit did you use in this vid. Also did u use natural vegetation. if u could help tht would be great AWESOME VID

  • i recommend you get a light suit. meaning that your suit is mostly tan, and desert green. the reason why this is the best possible option is because you can always make a ghillie suit darker. you can never make it lighter if you start off with a dark green. plus, make sure your ghillie suit does not have to much tread in it. so you can weave some vegetation threw. you need alot of veg and yes i used it in this video. 30% material(thread) 70% vegetation. its a long process to do but its worth it

  • very funny

  • every one knows that the ladies can't resist the ghillie

  • that was pretty jokes

  • funny those kids wer scared wen u went down sliide hahaha great vid

  • great vid, great suit, great goofing around! 5 stars!

  • ty man lol

  • 8:00 LMAO

  • Fucken jackers trying to take peoples credit u guys strait out copy_d the same xzact words from the soldiers vid fuck_n fake_rs

  • we did that for the video presentation. but our essay was completly diffrent. and i dont know what your talkin bout, i got my sources from a documentory on the history channel, and some website that had the history of a ghillie suit. the rest (which had to do with the eye), that was our scientific observation when experimenting. and of course you have to understand that i was reading off a script at some parts, then i would add my 2 cents. i didnt intend on taking peoples credit.

  • i found u so easily :P

  • WOW I actually learned something! Nice vid

  • thanks man

  • that was pretty good but i saw alot of movement that was easily visable and i looked around and it wasnt windy conrol ur breathing but not bad vid

  • Haha awewsome project and AWESOME ghillie. A++

  • looks like everybody on the streets loved you. i remember when i wore my ghillie suit on halloween everybody wanted a picture.

  • The TRASHMEN! bababa bird bird bird, bird is the word...AWESOME!

  • this was very good, especially the infor at the beginning. you should have got like a 200 on this project.

lol the ending was as funny hell. good job man 5 Stars*****.
