lee just doesnt lie very well...he came up with the concept of a teen superhero...true, but he first went to kirby who had an old plot of a kid finding a magic ring that gave him spiderlike powers...lee didnt like the concept and went to ditko, who made the character more realistic...lee was a great editor, but i wish he would stop making it sound as if kirby and ditko were not in on all the origins
