They are from

1) mounted chaos chosen

2) rank and file chaos knights

both from fantasy line

I dont usually use primer when doing replacement arms, heads, or weapons. I usually just paint them either black or white depending on my original priming color.

I was woundering do you hand primer the models that already have paint on them?

or do you primer then all the same way not matter what?

i have contemplated starting chaos, and the dark angels robes are definitely the way I want to go with it.

though I am going to go for either an emperors children sound marines army or a similar slanesh theme
