  • nice video/good tips. but invest in a flip camera or something

  • men you have abs but i recomend you to do some push ups really

  • do 80 curl ups a day for maximum results

  • I like this video.

  • dose it help yu lose weight ??

  • @MrSabri10 no

  • thanks man works very well :D

  • this burns

  • @davidpup415 you sound like a jealous little bitch if you ask me haha don't hate pussy

  • I cant speak English well, but he is trying suck himself?

  • is this just me or does this sound really wrong

  • I always set a number, then one I reach it... i add 10 more on, till i can no longer do anymore, and i just strugle untill i finally complete that set..

  • Why would you care so much about a 6 pack? You do not need muscles for a 6 pack, you just need to have very little body fat

  • @123Steaky ... wrong,

  • @TrueBelieversUnite Believe it or not I am actually right. It doesn't matter how large your abs are, if you have too much body fat they are not visible. Also since you have the muscle to begin with if you lack body fat it is visible even if it is not toned that much.

  • @TrueBelieversUnite what do you mean wrong? its true your body fat needs to be low enough to see your abs

  • Thumbs up if you think davidpup415 is a douche.

  • 0.20 'Remember to breathe'. THANKS FOR REMINDING ME. I WOULD'VE FORGOT OTHERWISE.

  • @MidjettKiDx You'd be surprised, dude. If you're really focused on what you're doing, and find it significantly difficult, you can easily forget to breathe. It's not, "Don't forget to breathe so long you pass out," but "Don't forget to breath" as in "maintain a regular breathing pattern." You'll feel fatigued much quicker if your breathing even slows down.

  • dam ur a asshole ur a weak fighter and ur body suks why do u continue doing this.

  • @davidpup415 have you fought him? were you watching his body?! that sounds gay. why didn't YOU end you're question with a question mark.

  • @JoniChivalry u sound like a weak faggot homphobic bitch ur self.

  • @davidpup415 Dude :D how the hell can I a faggot if I'm supposed to be homophobic? :D that makes no sense!!

  • I tried this....

Doesn't work very well. I've been losing stomach fat through cardio, but doing this just builds muscle, it doesn't remove the fat. Its good strength training but not for weight loss.

  • @Minatour94 he said lose fat through different things... he said its for building abs not lose weight.

  • @ilikepoptarts1000 kk, I must have misheard something.

  • @Minatour94 The whole point of it is to build muscle. To lose weight you should always do cardiovascular exercise, no muscle building exercises loses weight efficiently.

  • @Minatour94 It's doing exactly what it's supposed too.

  • im 11 and i have a 4 pack

  • @TheXtroyer probably cause ur a skinny little kid. dont be too proud

  • @Nubit no

  • @TheXtroyer no offence

  • @TheXtroyer thats because your 11 and have yet to gain fat.

  • @zmxncbv243 ok that is more of a good responsne than the last person

  • Wow

i just did it, n it does work....

i started feeling the burn around 45 seconds n i did it till a min.

    Nice vid.

    =)

  • this worked alot faster than i thought it would

  • after watching ur vids, i feel pretty confident if i would get into a fight

  • Is htis everyday or everyother day and how long will it take to see results?I diet and stuff,I just need the workout.

  • @punktheman Do it twice every other day, also do 50 situps with a 10lb weight. Helps a lot. I'm pretty solid on abs and I've done them a month like this.

  • 1:11 his head gets hit lololool

  • @FormatxJ That was his elbow (right) on the door.

  • Comment removed

  • okay i have the 6 pack how do i get the 8 pack

  • Watched a few of your videos, good stuff. I feel like I might stand a chance now if someone comes at me throwing punches.

  • Alright guys to build your core it requires more than just sit-ups & crunches, these will help to strengthen but not to its full potential.

To actually see the 6 pack you have to do cardio excercise to lose fat which on men is generally stored around the waist & belly compared to woman who get fat in their legs.

Also a good diet has to be taken into account & has to be maintained alongside daily excercise

  • LOL! 1.12 hits his head :L

  • @STAYSTRONGHSM ROFL cool...but i always thought the joint between ur lower and upper arm was called ur elbow :x ill have to correct my mom the next time she tells me to not lean my elbow on the table, ill tell her "its not mom, my head is" lol

  • @LanceDaPsycho its not his elbow though is it. its his head when he is doing situps, if it was his elbow it wouldnt bang like that because it would drag across, but u could tell your mum that but then she would probably think your going retarded ;)

  • @STAYSTRONGHSM Stfu smartass

  • @STAYSTRONGHSM wow were you not watching at all? clearly his elbow hits the door... gtfo troll.

  • @LanceDaPsycho thats ok, my mom would understand if i told her that some smart user on youtube told me that, then she would stop her worries about me becoming mentally challenged, and be relieved that it was just some silly kid on the web who had a misunderstanding, she would also prob tell me to not "go along" with the ignorance people suffer frm :x and to correct them...soooo...he hit his elbow =]

  • how often and how long to get noticable results?

  • nice one these look great

  • i was doing just staright up sit ups 30 then 20 push ups 10 dips and 5 pull up i would do that set 5 times every night for about 1 and a half weeks and my 4 starting coming...

  • Btw guys, crunches hurt like hell.

    Just a note lol

  • cool workout i tried it today gonna keep doing it till i see some muscle!

BTW is your tail bone(or ass bone, whatever) supposed to hurt so much?

  • @YouTubMAGGOT idk, but when i do sit ups i put a rubber mat underneith me

  • @YouTubMAGGOT go on a softer surface, i like to lye on a thin blanket

  • My 4-pack is just coming in and man do I love it. Hardly even work out.

  • how long do we have to do it? like every night? morning to

  • GREAT video

  • Comment removed

  • how often should i do this!??

  • Do it once every 2 days. Doing it every night may seem very effective but letting your body rest makes for better results.

  • Thanks bro

  • this method is really good but funny is this when im start doing this i want something to eat :D!

  • it hurts after a while

i got a 4 pack but i go to kickboxing too

  • good choise homie! im kickboxer myself its really good sport . (if you will train all time then you can KO opponent with 1 jab)

  • dude this is a good workout i do the situps and crunches each for 5 min. and its been a week and the six pack is starting to come in.Thanks dude

  • omg my tummy suxs...

  • How many weeks did it take you to get a six pack?

and what week did the results show?

  • But why are you in the middle of the doorway?

  • @finalcloud13 i think its maby cus otherwise he gon be goin all arround the place, he wantin to go straight up

  • @mentor291 Do it like twice a day every other day. I did and now I'm pretty solid. I also do 50 situps while holding a 10 lb weight. it helps too.

  • @finalcloud13 Probably because he could only put his camera in a certain spot, or maybe his room's dirty so there's nowhere else to lay. Either way why is that important?

  • this shyt hurts!

  • Good video mate. I'm working on mine! The middle 2 seem to be the main ones

  • ok guys when your talking about taking on 4-5 people just watch mike valley the skateboarder fight all these frat boys in one video he just keeps really spaced out from them and finds one and just runs in with his face blocked and throws punches straight on and then goes to the other one but the key he used was to just keep spaced out away from them.

  • yea i no that vid

  • how is it fake? stupid shit

  • awsome video bro.

how long do you normaly work out?

  • You need more room, mate :L

  • Lol at 1:13 he hits his head hehe xD

  • it was his elbows

  • Elbows you mean?

  • no he didn't^^

  • can you post a video on how to fight like 4-5 people at once?

  • he better not....

because if some people watch it and think they can fight against 4-5 people they could easely end up in the hospital.

if a group wants to attack you the best thing you can do is just run as fast as you can!!!

  • ive taken on 4 people at once, and won, but idk if theres like a better way to transition from person to person, or some tactics behind it .

  • i instead i got a 6 pack

  • actually he hit his elbow

  • was his elbow :o

  • everybody already has abs. they are just hidden under all the fat. running and cardio are what give you abs. this is a fact.

  • NO ITS NOT the workout gives u stronger abs u got muscle but u would have to be so skinny to c it and it wouldnt stick out or anything

  • 1:12 - he hit his head lol

  • it was his shoulder.

  • whatever dude

  • yeah dude it was his shoulders...lol loser !

  • u calling me a loser????

  • u want to get fucked up? you little bitch!

  • REALL ylmao

  • I didnt think so.

  • lolpussy...like i be afraid of someone named bob

  • u should be you worthless piece of shit!

  • oooooooooooo lmfao

  • hahaha

  • man im to lazy but ill try if i get spare time.

  • how many times should i do this daily?

  • when you wake up and 30 minutes before you go to bed.

  • cool, thanks :).

  • so how many times should i do this a week?

  • videos not bad, but holy fuck if some of these comments aren't the dumbest things i've ever seen. People saying you're only supposed to take a break 3 or 4 days a month...WRONG. in order to actually have a decent looking body u have to work everything. cardio, weight training and abs. Weight training is actually proven to boost metabolic rates for a more extended period than running, but if u lift every day muscles never rebuild. top fighters lift 3 days a week and run just about every day.

  • DAMN STRAIGHT! i'm a muay thai boxer and i run every day. I work out every other day and i do shadow boxing every day for an hour. unless i spar. lol.

  • Nice ab workout, and great vid

  • lol dude! nice video! IT FUCKIN WORKS MAN!! lol, btw watch ur head u hit on the doo xD

  • or do less

  • abs wont make you win a fight

  • lol the more punches you can take in the stomach the better your endurance is so yes they can make you win

  • strong abs can help you take hits to your core and also add power to your punch...but yea unless you know how to fight you could still lose

  • actually they do. abs and obliques determine how hard and fast your punches actually are

  • you have to do this everyday? or u have to take litle breaks like one day

  • dude people who take breaks are dumb maybe have 3-4 days a month you dont workout and other than that work everyday hard as you can that how you get ripped

  • false.

  • false your dumb ill put some pictures of me on youtube and you can tell me its false your dumb taking breaks means your a lazzy pussy if your worried about hurting yourself lift less

  • LOL U MAD

  • okai i lift wights shuld i take a break like one day off or do i do it every dai. n also how meny times in a day?

  • it depends if you wanta burn fat or gain muscle...do it for about an hour every 2 days to lose fat. if you wana gain muscle then use a protein diet(eggs, rice, chicken, protein shakes) and do it about 10 hours a week

  • if u have bluber will it still work?

  • yeh man just run a little before dong tht or sprint for 3 min and 1 minute break and do it again and develop tht technique if u can only do it once its okay keep trying

  • your fuckin jacked man and your skills are awsome i think you could kill in the ufc

  • yea they are..

u need muscle in ur stomach aswell as getting power from the ground 2 hit hard

  • are u dumb they've been proven to be the most attractive muscle plus people think your tougher looking at you if u have 6 pack plus helps you hitting power

  • but if you eat like a mad man and you are doing shadow boxing and running you will never do a six pack !!! it needs a diet

  • inloss of course you have a fast mitablisim and need to bulk up to work it into muscle

  • that guy is a machine !!!

  • For fatties: this will not work with just doing this, try getting fit and then perform this.

  • shadow boxing helps with abs?? i thought it was just a stamina workout

  • No it helps lose weight so the abs are visible.

  • bruce lee did elevated v sits where he would be holding his body weight up with his hands and do dips. thats insane

  • do i do this once and thats it??:S..or do i hab to do it like 2 to 3 times??

  • 2-5 times / day

  • he dosent say but i think soo

  • lolz. siz packs are easy to come. the only thing to worry about are eight packs. always shoot for eight instead of six. six is buff and eight is muscly and coolers... lollz!

  • genetics.. not many people can have 8 packs

  • everyone can.

  • you have no idea what your talking about. arnold couldnt even get a six pack. his genetics were for a four pack.

  • He had an Ectomorph body type

  • ok? not every ecto has an 8 pack. its genetics. how can you tell me? lmao. i think i would know, having worked for hard months to get a six pack and researching etc

  • With lots of running and ab workouts.

  • no thts not tru arnold swar(the acter) would workout alot and he only has 4 because of genetics

  • Can you pleas write to me and said how lond it took so get that stomach

  • you wont get abs by just doing situps. I'll bet you he does something else as well, like another sport, or training

  • not really i had abs (had) n all i ever did was situps... no didn't eat all the things i eat now

  • Wow sick abs man

  • instead of using a fat source to gain muscle, supplement it using protein, or a protein powder

  • 1:13 hehe :p

  • lol

  • hahaha

  • wtf where is this guy? in the cupboard?

  • I think he's coming out of the closet.

  • lol

  • Same here, you just need to have little bodyfat%. No need for gym, just diet and jog your fat away.

  • Maybe, but your abs arn't such hard as someone who trained.

  • I dont need them to be "hard", chicks likes them. I admit it ridiculous because chicks like my body even though im not going to gym, im just thin as fuck, lol. I dont know why but they like sixpack and biceps. I have them without training, you dont really need to train them... But I would like to have hardcore trained back and legs like Crocop.

  • That's like the difference between a bodybuilder and a strength trainer. A bodybuilder has bigger looking muscles and appears like he could do gorilla-level shit, but a someone that focuses on strength is still much stronger. A six pack may look sexy for the ladies, but getting your ass kicked by someone that looks weaker isn't.

  • I know. But it doesn't seem to matter to ladies, I know its actually pathetic that they just care about shitty sixpack. I think its overrated. But I dont go to gym because this seems to be enough for them.

  • Comment removed

  • i get a 6 pack very easily, have a body type alot like shanes.. but i don't eat very healthy.. i can tell you every fast food restaurants menu.. can anyone recommend a good diet? or food to eat?

  • can u do it twice a day and get resulst quicker? or mabey 5 times a day?

  • That's not how your body works. try 3 times a week, but with a more intense regiment. then, once you are done, make sure to immediately ( within an hour of working out) eat a good amount of protein. Also keep a healthy diet going while working out.

If you just do a lot of sit-ups every day, and don't eat right, all you will do is exhaust your muscles and not show any growth.

    Remember this, "quality over quantity."

    Hope this helps =]

  • agreed, but also a small intake of high gi foods within 30 minutes of exercise can reduce recovery time by 50%, just to restore glycogen stores. but i agree with you on immedietly consuming protein and then continuing to do so.

i am a fighter and my diet is usually about 50% carbohydrates, 30% protein and 20% fat... works fine for me.

  • That's just the thing, different things work in different ways for different people. The important thing is for one to find what works best for ones own lifestyle and personal preferred eventual results

My own personal diet is around 30% carbohydrates, 35% protein, and then the rest as fruits and vegetables with as few refined sugars as possible. Plus I was adding a daily multi-vitamin to supplement my vitamins and minerals

This worked just fine for me, but again, everyone's slightly different

  • good video thanks 5 stars

  • a six pack is pointless if you are skinny, bulk and put on some solid muscle first then focus on a six pack
