Nintendo should really hire people like you to draw new pokemon for them cause frankly they suck at coming up with new ideas and these look AWESOME! I paint them on photoshop. The brush that makes the outlines is a hard brush at size 3 or 4. Then I colour them all over with a big brush (any size really) then put shading on them with a fuzzy/soft brush. That can be any size too.

Well I have been doing this for a while and I have more videos so more people see them I guess. But look at your videos and see which ones are most popular, your Steelix and Marowak evo have the most views. Maybe it's because they are popular Pokemon and many people like them so more people want to watch stuff like that. Also it helps to have a picture on your thumbnail so people see it and say "Ooh! What's that?!" and click on it :)

I'm not great at names either. Most of my names are just a mix of words. Like Obsidiash is a mix of "obsidian" and "ash" because both of them have something to do with fire for example. It helps to use a thesaurus too if you want to find good words :) and even better, you can look for names from other languages and mix them too.
