@mxtx100 Ugly in what way? The game is quite beautiful actually as long as you don't change the camera. Units and everything arre meant to be seen from above and in that way they look great. As great as Supreme Commander.

@Sereiya the game is mostly cpu cunsuming but its very bad that it just use 1 CPU. It needs at least Quad Core support!!! oh... and maybe SLI/Crossfire would be great too lol...

The Game Website has an unofficial, downloadable version of a multicore-using spring.exe. But it's unstable with some LUA Widgets.

i already said that at the hackers from spring communauty : im modder too (banned for having say that!)

majority of modders dont copy existing games and make original content;

your cares dont change legals (sweeden & tcheki hosts countrys dont respecting intelectual proprety)

what did you use to capture the screen?

I used Fraps. :-)

Spring has (or had) an own capture function (F10 o.s.), but this function seems to be deleted.

the engine thing is i think shift+f10 but takes a lot of performance for me.

It's still there. I had to bind it manually though cause I didn't know what the default function was which is what had been changed.

My bind is "bind Alt+Ctrl+Shift+f10 createvideo"

Btw, how did you get such good FPS using Fraps? When I tried playing with Fraps running it reduced my FPS to whatever was set in Fraps =(
