  • Would i be right in saying that the extra boards on each side that can be extended is for pople sitting beside it and have there drinks on it? I was looking all last night on the net for a magicians tables and theres nothing on there and what ever you do fine is rubbish. This is def one of a kind, i know you made it and all your ideas, but still, its def one of a kind, cause they are nothing nice out there. You did SUCH an amazing job building this. Well done.

  • beautiful!!!!!! that's magic too.

  • wow :D it's fantastic!

  • I'd love to have something like that myself, but I don't have the space to build it OR to keep it :) Looked great anyway!

  • beautiful!! you must really enjoy doing your magic there ;D

  • Jonathan - very nice work! Great design and well executed. Thank you as always for sharing your expertise.

    Rob

  • Nice work, mate.

  • what is the best kind of restaurant to work at, because i need to find the balance of fancy, busy, and loud. plus i'm only 15. do you think that i should just wait until i'm old enough to work at bars, or what?

  • @Th3cardman I would wait.

  • @kammagic ok thanks! but do you know any other way to make money with magic at my age?

  • @Th3cardman Do a show. Put out a tip jar. You should have many shows under your belt before trying to do a restaurant. Restaurants are the front lines, its hard work. Make sure you have experience performing. Even if its for free. When you work people see you perform and will want to hire you for private events. This is how you make money.

  • @kammagic thanks that helped a lot!

  • what restaurant/bar do you perform at?

  • @theacemaster100 just go to kammagic dot com

  • Hey i was wondering

do you have like a contract with the resturaunt you perform at?

    best

    -Mike

  • @LittleLead Thats up to the restaurant. I have found just being dependable and doing a good job is all you need. Your fee and time you will be there is all that is needed to be decided. Sometimes your days and hours will change until they find a good place for you. So a contract would have to be rewritten all the time. A contract to rigid. They will like it if you are more flexible.

  • @kammagic Not tryin to be stupd but how much does a magician like you earn per month ?

if you dont wanna awser dont .. but I would aprecciate if you did :P

    just see what Im expecting

  • @TheGonzaloMagic Thats up to you. How hard do you want to work? How often do you want to work? I love what I do. So as long as my bills are paid I am happy. Its not easy making a living at it. There is a lot of luck involved. But chance favors the person who is prepared. So know your work and know it well.

  • me encanta esta mesa!!!! its wonderful

  • Wow. Not only are you amazing at magic, but at crafts also. Was this like a build your own desk? Or did you make the measurements and everything?

  • @Rneogy all my design and creation

  • That is amazing how you put that together. How long did it take to build?

  • @MattMiltonberger about a week.

  • Did you design it yourself or was it flat pack from a shop like Ikea?

  • @edblaster2000 All my design. I had the wood cut to size at my local home improvement store.

  • @kammagic Wow...well done.

  • Wow Nice

  • nice card logos

  • very very cool and well done!

  • good music

  • This looks amazing.

  • wow

  • Nice. I'll make one with my dad some day i think.

  • nice work, wish i had your skill.

  • verry very nice :) Do you always leave it over there with all your stuff in it or...?

  • @countelmsley Yes the doors lock shut

  • you did a good job i like the suits idea. how long did this take?

  • impressed.

  • Ahh! It looks so awesome man!

  • nice

  • that is so cool!!

  • Fantastic! Any chance of you someday adding the dimensions to the info box such as the top, bottom, sides, side door width + extended side shelves?

Though tables should be designed for a persons hieght & needs, your info could help someone wrap thier head around when starting a design on paper. Minus the felt, I'm guessing wood, hardware, & paint cost between $125 - $175? Is that about right?

  • @DesignsThatMatter I don't have measurements written down but I'll try to get some. I originally just designed the shelves. The drawers, doors, extended side tables and sliding middle shelf and front drink shelf were all ideas that came about while I was making it.

  • Now available in ikea, before they vanish. Nice work.

  • Thanks for doing this kammy!

  • Amazing stuff Jon. I really like your choice of material design and colors... I don't if you would like to share this with me, but curious. What is the material you used to cover the top of the table? That business area where you spread your cards..

  • @dhimantchovatia The top is casino grade gaming suede with 1/4" foam padding underneath. It is available at poker table supply websites. Great surface!

  • thats realy cool :)))))) first :DD

  • nice^^

  • wow, that´s amazing! how long did it take you to make this?

  • @standablaze89 About a week.

  • This is really cool. Im going to try to do somthing like this. Instead of buying one of those expensive performing tables Im just going to build one for my needs. Cheaper and its fun building somthing.

    Thanks for the look.

  • O.m.g magic bar thing you put together is amazing, ur a so good to put that all together, wow i cant get over how weel it looks, how long is is made and you have it in use now? and just woundering how much would everything cost me if i want to try make something like that? thanks for sharing the video too

  • AWESOME!

  • KUDOS Jon thats looks like a very nice working surface area you have to work on. A good width and more importantly a perfect working height, no more back breaking learning over tables. I bet working at that is like a home from home ? all you'll ever need right underneath.

Well done it looks top notch.

  • @chenelius Yes it's nice making something just the way you want it.
