Jittin and footworkin are 2 diff dances.. They may have some similarities but they aren't the same!!! I've seen some poeple from Detroit that would kill some footworkers and vice verse.. yes its supposed to be complicated like dat. we r dancin on beat, u just have to feel da beat. jitting came out before all those other dances u mentioned even chicago footwork. jittin is derived from the jitterbug which came from da black bottom(made very popular in detroit.) we do incoporate break moves cuz we can but in a different way. jitting has evolved over time. check new school jittin vid: JITING JESUS JIT REEL. and for oldschool jittin vid: X-MENN JITTING. check those vids out
