  • DEATH HAS COME TO YOUR LITTLE TOWN SHERIFF!!LOL

  • Do the people that live there now not get freaked out? I would ha.

  • hey hey hey!

awesome seeing the remake Strode and Myers house

    thanks for showing

  • Looks like you filmed the original house before they moved it down the street closer to the monorail tracks. I just moved to SoPas about 2 months ago & found it quite awesome that I live within 5 minutes walking of the original Myers house :). The Carrow's restaurant is also where Sarah Connor worked in the first Terminator, that's about a 2 or 3 minute walk from the house. South Pasadena is perfect for film makers who want to have that "Anywhere, USA" look.

  • lucky

  • after i went back and check'd i found the song on the remake of halloween soundtrack.. but there is a song that was released back when the H2 website open'd that was badass that i am tryin to find

  • starting at 2:06 were did you get that music? i heard it on the main website for H2 when it open'd but they took it down.. were can i get it? thanks

  • sweet u shuld make more videos

  • Im going back in October (perfect time lol) With HD, more locations and not so shakey shots haha.

  • sweet

  • I have a video for this up as well, when I was on vacation in Summer '07.

  • Cool .. bring some out of work actors and reshoot the whole thing and even on a handheld it would better than the Rob Zombie farce ..

If the school yard is still there try and get a shot as that was a real creepy part .. but don't go and get arrested now ya hear ..

"Look officer, I'm a Holloween nut and I was just filming the school yard as a guy on YouTube said it might look good .. "

"Sure ya were Mr Chaos, tell it to the judge .. ".

  • that was ont the doyle house

  • In my comments (not that I expect you to look)

But I have already stated that was not the Doyle house, it was a guess. If you looks at the release date of this video it was before the movie came out, and there were no pictures of the home.

  • man nice vid i like the part where you showed the same sidewalk/path the girls took and then compared to your POV on cam amazin vid 5/5

  • that suck to be the owner of that house I mean seriously lots pepole will want look there it be annoying everyone asking to snoop in the house the should release a video on youtube

  • watch out he's in the bushes

  • ha yea this is my hometown wow i jog past the myers house all the time

  • I live like 9 minutes away from the old myers place on Mission st. I went on halloween in which to my surprise other people visited as well. So there wasnt a chance of going in the owner through a fit! So I went like a month later and peaked inside. Thankfully the door was unlocked. Everything is so miniature in there its creepy. I know the new myers house is in South Pasadena too on Glendon st but have no idea where that is.

  • The name of you street is the koolest ever. You must love introducing your self. "Hi, I'm Murphy and I live on Mission str", lol. But when you sayu peaked inside, did you mean step inside because thats breaking n entering kind of.

  • You can tell it's Haddonfield by looking at the grass. It's so hard like dirt.

  • wow. it looked like in the movie when Scout was running. It looked liked the wallace house was farther from the doyle house. lol. in the movies they can make it BIG!! lol. :)

  • HAHA, funny thing was. that that was not the Doyle house. At the time when I went. Pictures haven't been released of the Doyle Residence. So I took a guess on which one would look like the Doyles.

The actual Doyle house IS in fact way down the steet.

It's about 13 houses down. So Scout did have to run quite alot...but it was awesome.

  • @RYANCHAOS Good job with this. I can't wait for the updated video. It's only a couple months away!

  • sweet video.

  • haha yeah 3 other friends and I went to that house after they were done filming..we took a Uuji board in there and it scared the hell out of us..I found some very old books in that house..dated back to the early 1800's. I was in 4th grade then...Now they made that house some monument and it's on Mission St Now.

  • @drizzitfire101 Now that's a very cool memory to have. :)

  • Yep this is in South Pasadena California, my hometown.

Many movies have and are still filmed in this "Mayberry" esque area.

  • I've never heard of South Pasadena California before... but it's obviously a good place for the film-makers. I wish I could move there.. I would, I swear. If only I had the chance. Nice video Ryan. :D

  • My wife and kids recently moved from Alhambra, Ca, South Pasadena's neighbor to the south and every Halloween season I would venture up to the MANY locations from this great movie. Funny, the scene where it says Haddonfield, 1978 is on the corner of Montrose and and Oxley Streets, about three blocks east of Fairoaks, yet they make it look like a small town in the midwest. Too cool. I live about 20 miles from there now, in Rancho Cucamonga but I bet I make a trip there this Halloween.

  • great is this in california?

  • absolutely great!!

    terrific!
