Remember therapeutic touch practicioners must be certified in order to do it professionally performing it to patients. It doesn't have anything to do with divine intervention. It is all medical science. Ya gotta admit it is pretty crazy how anyone can be so skilled in transferring positve physical energy from one person to another to heal.
@kev3145 If someone waving their hands above you could take your pain from a 10 to a 2 without any drugs – I believe that you would like this type of energy work. Usually people that experience HT in a hospital have had this type of therapy before they go into surgery - there are no surprises.

Healing touch is completely bogus. Absolutely and unequivocally it is total nonsense with no basis in reality and no effect whatsoever (beyond placebo)

i dont know how you just learn healing touch so fast, im Buddist, im learning that you have to remember all these spots to apply, and you have to meditate about 5 years at least i think, to finally have enough chi to use healing touch effectively,you have to know how to control it,so it doesnt have a reverse effect,again, you have to know the spots to apply, also you should know about safety energy locks, and know how to lock and unlock, i wonder if these people even meditate at all , no offense
Healing Touch is a continuing, ongoing learning process. I have been studying and learning for 4 years, and will continue to do so as I grow. We have the knowledge within us. We just need to be concious and set our intention to heal. And yes, we do meditate. Our program is based in love.
@kryan4unow Is it possible to have a gift of naturally regenerating our brain and stress? So If someone were to become a surgeon, could someone with this gift do this therapy on him/her self during a panic time to be an unparalleled surgeon?

Healing touch is wonderful! I had an amazing experience of it during my pregnancy when I was having particularly intense growing pains in my belly. Not only did the HT take away the pain, but helped with my anxiety as well.
