i just saw a post of a jackass is selling a rare rhoads tab book on ebay this march! He plays a bit of this tune awesome but selling that book? 10 years bad luck!
Diary of a Madman tour, right after Randy Rhoads died..Brad Gillis is more suited to Night Ranger but is still an excellent replacement for Randy..And Ozzy, Rudy Sarzo, Don Airey and Tommy Aldridge are all at the top of their game !
@DHRC18 Ya, I feel really lucky. Seen Randy with Ozzy 2 times but have gone to at least 8 Ozzy shows so far. One show with Randy was in the front row. It was truely amazing. That was when the floor was general admission and no seats. Def Leppard was the opening act with their "High N Dry" album release. They were pretty much unheard of then but that opened the door for them. Then of course their Pyromania and Hysteria album exploded them into the mainstream.
@CosmikDebrisFZ I saw them twice on that tour as well, front row both times!! My sister still has Randys pick!! I saw them at Music Mountain in Ellenville, NY and Po'keepsie, NY which actually was my very first concert ever! Eventually I went on to working as a runner for the Civic Center and worked with the Oz himself, then in 1994, I produced an amazing Tribute band called SATO,with my husband (now ex) fronting this impeccable Ozzy re-creation. check em out online! 16 yrs later-still got it
@CosmikDebrisFZ Mid Hudson Civic Center in Poughkeepsie, NY.....are you familiar with that ares? btw...SATO just reunited last month and played The Chance tonight :)
You can just hear the lack of energy in this song as opposed to when Randy Rhoads did it. This guy sounds like an amateur compared to Rhoads. This must have been a depressing time for Ozzy. The show had to go on though.
It kills me that people think that jake e lee was playing guitar here. Jake e lee was like 12 yrs old when this was recorded and not to mention he is asian! MORONS!
