Clay did NOT 'take' 2nd place- he really WON that year. Hasn't he proven it to you by now??? So many of his votes got caught up in the inadequate voting process. Ruben has proved he was never better than 8th place. He can't even sell 800 tix to a concert- 1/2 of them are given away. Producers have even conceded Clay got 80 percent of the vote EVERY SINGLE WEEK he was on.
