  • I fully appreciate the efficacy of using shortcuts. Having previously worked in secretarial shortcuts are great and I still use them to this day. Funnily enough my former boss used to say 'how did you do that so fast???' shortcuts yo!

I never really thought about using shortcuts in Lightroom, I'll make a point of it now. Thanks for the tip Adam!

  • Really enjoyed this one!:)

  • In jared's videos what do you press to show the negative...can't find the short cut

  • @y35n00b5 I dont know if its exactly what you are refering to, but try hitting "alt" key.

  • @pol10pablo holding alt while dragging.......I LOVE YOU D:

  • @y35n00b5 Haha :).

It's an important shortcut, masking (in the focus module) without it would be crazy!!!

  • G'day Adam. Glad you got the Lights out mode across to the viewers. Now we should see some quality photos at their full potential without distractions in future screenflows. Keep it up!

  • how many guitars do you have?

  • Yeeesss. Finally!

  • Thank You!!! have been searching for these lately :)

  • Nice Adam.

I´m a Aperture user and I can customize my shortcuts in Aperture, and is very nice.

Is it possible to do this in Lightroom? If it is, you should mention it in another video.

    Thumbs up for you!!

For the Spanish readers: Algunos atajos de teclado no funcionan en el teclado español, intentad personalizar los atajos para que funcionen.

    Gracias Adam.

  • Thanks Adam! This was great!

  • BOOOM!! ;)

  • thanks:D

  • Boom!

  • okay

  • thnx for all the tips and tricks

  • Awsomeness thanks!!

    Something completely different:

Should the shot you showed us have a bit of fill light? Looks quite harsh this way...

Personally I suck at studio work but I just noticed that.

  • So helpfull! Thank you!

  • @grizzly you can go cmd+n to create a new snapshot in the develop module or go in the library and hit cmd+t to create a duplicate, no need to export it twice

  • Hey Adam, when you and Jarid edit pictures which shortcut do you use to same the picture? Does it create a duplicate? When i'm editing my foto's i like to do a black and white and a colour one and so on but how do you save the different edits without always have to reset it or export the picture? Thanks!

  • Adam you make great, informative videos. Your commentary is clear and concise, yet interesting. Great job on your videos and on the FroKnowsPhoto channel!

  • Good video Adam. You should do one going over some of your presets.

  • Adammm please do a post related to Collections management... and Color Spaces... also some tips how to speed things up and so on.

  • This is awesome you were in full infomercial mode. Reminded me of this. "You're gonna love my nuts"...

  • Hi, Adam

I have found I am looking at your videos more than fro's. I am getting a large amount of photos now and I was wondering if you could do a video on how you catalog and sort your photos in lightroom. I have started getting paid for my work and want to make a easy to search catalog.

  • you are the man, so much better then the fro

  • @wajsyed WTF dont compare them JUST LEARN

  • @ViewedVideo your right on that, i shouldn't compare but I really have never learned anything from Jared and Adam is much more talented and has a wealth of knowledge. But again i Shouldn't compare them. I just personally feel that Adam > Jared.

  • now this!! awesome. thanks adam

  • +1 :)

  • Thanks Adam, I am always looking to expand my shortcut key knowledge.......

  • Thank you so much. This is going to save me so much time.

  • I haven't watched it yet, but you sir... Are AWESOME!!

Thankyou for uploading this. I look forward to watching after work.

  • THANKS ADAM
