Eldar get T 2 nuke (Autarch) Imperial guard (manticore, basilisk, creeping barrage Heavy turrets,napalm strike, baneblade) Space Marine ( BADASS LAND RAIDER) NIDs ( Swarm Lord) CHaos ( Noise marines) why dont chaos get cool or annoying (eldar) stuff like the other races?

Is this game (Retribution) like Dark Crusade or Soulstorm? I mean, when you are on campaign you can choose any races you want but online you can only choose the unique races of each expansion. Does it happen on Retribution?
