Wow, the stretching regimen sounds 1000x more painful than what I remember doing as an intermediate level rhythmic gymnast. But I guess hardcore Russian training produces gems like Irina.

Kabaeva always overscored and overshadowed Irina. But Irina had more heart and artistic sense than Alina. Both are great but there's something more inviting yet humble about Irina that makes you want to root for her over others.

Beautiful woman, great eyes and voice, she has the eyes of a deer (like Bambi), she is soooo splendid...i adore her and I like her more than Kabaeva.Alina is also a great gymnast but in my heart there will always be Tchachina...

I had the same problem....Well Russian is spoken fastly I guess that is why the subtitles seem to be fast.....but if you see it twice you will understand
