That's right! The new winning numbers are in showing Rockford having 1 in 3 living in poverty level. 34% to be exact! Come here for vacation! LOL. man! i stayed in rockford for 5 damn years I am from every side of the chi! and rockford's ghetto.... (the westside) is a cake walk compared to my ghetto! I have come up where the corbras and the gd's folks fought ruthless with the svl's,counts,kings, and dragons, I come from where the stone's are alive and well. from ghetto's with no grass! @fdsgfhjh I do keep my eyes on the road. The only time I see the texting is on these Youtube videos or if I'm not the driver. And, yes, anyone texting while driving pisses me off. My point is that some teenage drivers are careless and reckless due to lack of experience and the feeling that they are indestructible. I know this because I used to be a teen. And I was stupid at that age. Don't make assumptions about my driving if you haven't even seen me. God, the nerve you have is crazy.

Oh and I'm sure I have seen you drive when I cut you off like I do to everyone else that's in my way and driving like they're from Slowsville where the speed limit is always 10 MPH under the marked speed limit. Rockford is nothing but a ghetto now. Cops have turned it into a shit hole. Crooked cops, crooked judges, crack heads. No jobs. The biggest industry in Rockford now is building jails. They just built 1 huge new jail and are building an even bigger one. Locking people up for minor offenses with huge bail amounts is the way they pay their bills. Companies are leaving in huge numbers. A crack house is on just about every corner. Rockford is a disgusting and dirty place with No future.
