  • 7/10 were from black fighters. None were from Asian fighters.

I think you might be wrong.

  • @Tenbegdoh stfu faggot. Everyone knows that asians are pussies that can't fight. and they have small dicks.

  • @TheLORDxLUCIFER And please tell me without swearing how do you know what everyone knows ?

  • Good video. There are lots of great knockout videos on YouTube.

If your favorite isn't in this one, then it is probably in one of the other ones.

There's one called "Greatest Boxing Knockouts-Top 50 KO's". Another one called

"70 Brutal Knockouts". This video shows just ten KO's, and the sport is very subjective, so the uploader can include any ones he wants, even if some of us feel that one doesn't belong.

  • KONY 2012

  • tyson vs trevor best knock for sure 100% garented( if i could spell it right) would knock any mans lights to the heavens

  • it proves... HOOKS KNOCKS YOU OUT!

  • Tyson left the top10 :(

  • Good list! I've would have added Manny Pacquiao vs Ricky Hattonand Ken Norton vs Randy Stephens, those KO-punches were nightmareish!

  • Ali Gets right back up! What a Champ he was!

  • Ali vs Liston never should have been included,,, Personally I think that fight was fixed

  • @diamondmoney007 You got that right. Liston was way way in debt to the mafia.

I think he went into the tank not once, but twice. The phantom punch that took him out in first fight, which even Ali looked surprised about. And then this one. Liston was known for a strong chin, so that punch shouldn't have taken him out. I don't think Ali knew at the time that Liston was taking a dive, but I think he realized afterwards but was too proud to admit it.

  • crazy,,,, where is Tyson vs Berbick or Spinks,,,, What about George Foreman vs Moorer

  • @diamondmoney007 foreman landed a shot against cooney which keeps me wake up in the ring.... EPIC... this video should be top 20 punches cause i can still think about 10 deadly more!

  • That was a great punch by Rocky caught him right on the chin. Brother man was laid out on the ropes. Why put that Muhammad Ali vs Sonny Liston fight on here that's the worst fight I ever saw. Use your freaking brain choose a better knock out than that. All the rest or great

  • These are some nice ass knockouts all of them were good I like Ernie Shavers & Larry Holmes

  • tyson vs. johnson?

  • great video!

Another fight with an amazing knock out was Patterson vs Johansson

  • Beautiful video.

  • It's marciano vs jersey joe as number 1 for me all the way, especially when you watch the whole fight, it literally came from nowhere

  • beautiful video !

  • Great show, thank you. Best for me? Tyson doing it to Botha. The Yarpie never saw it coming and Tyson just kept walking away.If you watch it, keep an eye on Botha's left ear.

  • Great post. Best I've ever seen Julian Jackson vs Herol Graham.

  • I still think the 2nd dig by Marciano was a bit under handed :D

  • martinez vs paul williams... honestly i dont recall seeing anything like it

  • amazing that holmes and ali both got up from those punches...and quick...tough muthas. any julian jackson one punch knockout could have made it...also, sonny liston's shots on patterson wouldn't be out of place...big george knocking norton out too..

  • where's the ronnie vs. random drunk guy on jersey shore punch?

  • @UltraProle21 ronnie punches like a bitch...a fat bitch

  • Good video..

  • joe frazier was great look at that punch

  • The old left hand surprise !!

  • Ali's knockout against liston can hardly be named as a greatest punch ever, when its clear liston took a dive, even ali admitted he never hit him that hard, Liston was involved with the Mob after all

  • @matcross23 bollocks...jersey joe made it a long count and he still didnt get up...if they'd let it go on, ali would have ended it...it was a legitimate punch.

  • @knowerzark I know it was a legitimate punch, it landed,

but your kidding yourself if you think that punch had enough power to knock someone like liston down, how come Ali wasnt able to knock him out if their first fight, let alone down so easily, it stinks of corruption, ever heard of Blinky Palermo???, boxing was and prob still is rife with it, plus Listons mafia connections were well documented, the guy lived in las vegas???

  • @matcross23 blahblah blah...all the sports writers who picked liston as 8 to 1 favourite in their first fight couldn't handle the thought that ali had beaten them again...so ali had to live with everyone doubting that fight ever since...think about it, if you were gonna throw a fight, would you throw it in the first minute of the first round when everyone was backing you to at least go inot the 7th or 8th...the punch landed, it knoecked him down, and the count was 10.

  • @knowerzark it's the punch you dont see coming that hurts you the most...that's a cliche but its true. liston didnt get knocked down in the first fight cos all the punches he got hit with were long and didnt catch him on the chin. but he got cut, and stunned, in that first fight. but this short quick shot caught him cold as he was lunging in, bang on the point of the chin. watch his lat muscles as he's jolted back. whether he had mafia connections is irrelevant. he got knocked out.

  • @knowerzark To say his mafia connections are irrelevant is naive, of course they are relevant Jake la Motta threw a fight and later admitted it in court, Jack Johnson and Jess Willard considered to be fixed, Ray Robinson was approached numerous times. you think im trying to take something away from Ali's victory and its not true, i think he'd have won but use an objective mind, look at the way he falls, his facial expression on the canvas. Not a man who's dazed after being knocked out.

  • @matcross23 you've never been in the ring have ya kid?

  • @knowerzark Yeah 18-1-1 amateur record. Kid

  • @matcross23 i'm well aware of listons connections...and la mottas...etc etc...i've fogotten more about boxing than you'll ever know...it was a good shot...it knocked him down...it was just quick and unorthodox...so quick that the film barely showed the punch...it was only subsequently slowed down...and still fools like you doubt it cos you read something written from a bygone era and want to believ in the conspiracy...

if it happened today it wouldn't be in doubt

  • @knowerzark come on you can do better than "iv forgotten more about boxing than you'll ever know" what you getting so upset for? Liston took a dive, its not unheard of.

  • @matcross23 not upset at all...just exasperated by kids parriting the same dumb line that sports writers have been trotting out for 50 years now...if you've been in the ring you'd know that it aint always the big haymaker that drops a guy...as ali said many times, liston fell into it. timing is everything. the whole dive idea doesn't make sense for all the reasons i've stated. he was dropped. he got up, but too late...if he'd have taken the dive he'd have stayed down.

  • @knowerzark they only declared the fight over when jersey joe went to the timekeeper who told him liston had been down for more than 10 seconds. walcott didn't count him out before he got up. do you think if liston was tanking for some mob guys to collect, that he'd risk getting up before the 10 count? really? think about it, son.

  • @matcross23 jack johnson and jess willare were 80 plus when this fight happened...they'd have been hard pressed to read their cereal box, let alone see that punch land, especially given the slow motion technology wasn't applied to it until years later...

  • @knowerzark willard

  • @knowerzark I was talking about the Johnson vs Willard FIGHT!, or was that another one of those boxing memories you've forgotten that ill never know.

  • @matcross23 no. misunderstood your point....whether johnson took a dive is irrelevant to this...though it's unproven of course...but plenty of fighters have taken dives. no $hit.

  • @knowerzark do you have any recommendations of any good books that talk about some of the fighters who have taken dives throughout the sport?

  • @knowerzark blah blah blah? Ali beat Liston in their first fight and Liston quit, Ali never knocked him out, or even came close, i don't think sports writers are too bothered about who they have as a favorite because its a prediction, greater odds for Ali if writers picked Liston, secondly you proved my point by asking would i throw a fight in the first minute of the first round if people had the odds on it going to 7th and 8th rounds, the odds would be astronomical, of course i would.

  • @matcross23 at the time that it happened the sports writing fraternity was very conservative and totally white dominated...things have changed a lot in 50 years...that's right kid...twice your lifetime...what i meant, in case it wasn't obvious, was if the guy was going to throw the fight he'd try to make it look real...didn't work did it. but given you've never given or taken a punch like that you'll never know will ya.

  • @knowerzark i mean...take the dive in the 3rd or 4th, so you still collect but dont bring the heat that this did...liston went down, pure and simple...he lifts his head like foreman did in zaire...thank goodness everyone saw that punch..the one that knocked foreman out...otherwise no one woulda believed it either...i reiterate, you aint never been in the ring...never felt the pins and needles or seen the stars from good shot.

  • @knowerzark Oh so now your the knowledge on boxing fixes, face it Kid you ain't gotta clue, your just another Ali junkie unable to see that firstly the game is flawed and secondly Ali isn't the greatest, age is irrelevant in these arguments, but knowledge of the game is, and its obvious you don't have any.

  • @matcross23 really? is the game flawed? sheeeet. i'm gonna stop watching now...and fighting. as for ali not being the greatest, well that's a matter of opinion...and a whole other argument...but all that is irrelevant to the question of whether the knockdown was real...and whether it was a great punch...we're still talking about it 50 years on, so it was a significant and surprising punch, if nothing else.

  • @knowerzark whats does it have to do with being twice my lifetime? plus Liston and Ali were both black, wheres the race discrimination? and your right it wasn't obvious because you'v had to back track on it Kid, slow down sped up or indifferent you cant escape the truth, even from Ali's own mouth that he hardly hit him. i think your the one who's never been in the ring or if you have, you've got plenty of experience of being knocked out by soft punches.

  • @matcross23 if you're a student of the game as you suggest then you'll be open to ideas around this sport that have a basis in reality, as opposed to the cliched notions that people perpetuate for years and years. plenty is said about events...doesn't make them all true. as for the black thing, ali was by this time, well and truly the bad guy with the white establishment. black muslims were close to nazis and communists in terms of suspicion. so liston was the white's favourite.

  • @knowerzark and i've never been knocked down...let alone out...but i've seen seemingly soft, short punches deck people because of their timing, and seen absolute power shots be shrugged off because of their angle, or the way they were telegraphed...an inch or two makes a big difference in this game...as in any game.

  • @knowerzark where are the videos of you fighting? i cant find them.

  • @9Wicked1Clowns3 you can pay me for one if you like.

  • Great list. Couple of others might have made it. lewis v rachman II and Hatton v castillo.

  • I've always been impressed with Larry Holmes for getting up there. That was a mean hit by Shavers.

  • brilliant

  • ALL punches in the vid is great but i just can't believe that holmes got up from that shavers right...

  • Well, I think that the punch Jackson released to Graham's chin would of been in the list....

  • Good video but why you add Ali vs Liston? Tyson has better punches than that Ali rip off Knockout but like I said before good video

  • 4:00

Goes INSIDE the left jab and counters. Pure art.

  • Good video, good music.

  • ali wasnt down more than two seconds when floored by frazier... damn

  • good video but ali vs liston punch wasn't that great its jus well documented cuz everyone is always slurping evrything ali. lewis/rahman 1&2 both had better punches, hearns/cuevas tyson/spinks was also better jus to name a few

  • Too many heavyweights XD

  • All were going punches, except the phantom punch....

  • Shot....!

  • Nice vid but #5 should be in the most infamous punches category. I can't recall who he was fighting but there's film of Joe Louis hitting a guy so hard it turned him around. He looked like he'd been shot in the head. Hardest punch I've ever seen.

  • @romanticwarrior97 You're talking about his first fight with Buddy Baer, watch the second fight its only a round but its a complete massacre

  • @kenomy66 No, I don't think that's the one I'm thinking of...it seems to me it was a smaller guy than Baer but you're right about that Bare fight being a massacre.

  • Still yet to find a video that captures that KO punch that Hearns delivers to Duran, it's faster than the speed of light!

  • Quality vid,

    thanks.

  • Rumble in the jungle?? Are u crazy?

  • Please not this song. Read lyrics "Massive Attack - Teardrop". Not good...

  • that last punch by sugar ray was awesome! so quick!

  • Love it, but I don't know about the Jack Dempsey v Willard. Supposedly Dempsey had a railroad spike in his glove at the time, anybody can do that with a hunk of steel at the end of your fist.

  • @eszymanski1833 its bullshit before the fight on video you clearly see willard feeling dempseys gloves

  • badass video walcotts ko is amazing how he does it slip then pow right in the kisser pow right in the kisser

  • Very nice vid mate

  • omg 1919

  • thanks for posting; very nice compilation and well edited!

  • TUA!

  • @WoodyIsRHCP he may have been a dick in your eyes but he was funny and a great boxer

  • And Tyson or Julian Jackson?

  • i wouldnt say hearns and duran was the one of the best punches but defo a great setup for the punch

  • why isn't 'enrys hammer on here !?!

  • Anyone doubting Ali on Liston is clueless. Try stepping into a punch off anyone an it's enough to daze you instantly, never mind a heavyweight who weighs what, 14-15 stone, right on the chin. Only issue is that some of the punches were better, but stepping into that kind of punch would drop you straight away as seen in the video. Greatest of ALL time, no one disputes it.

  • @BigDaddyBoxMeal - how about Ali himself? He didn't think the punch was nearly hard enough to knock Liston down and that's why he's shaking his fist at 'The big ugly bear'.

  • Those left hooks... people don't ever see them coming.

  • The Marciano punch was the greatest knockout ever.

  • @crapfacejoe - It's definitely the best knockout picture ever taken. I have a still, in a book, of the knockout punch landing and Walcott's jaw bent out of shape.

  • How the hell did Ali get up after that left hook?

  • the left hook on ruddocks chin be morrison is one of the best left hook drops ever

  • Love him or hate him, if you don't put Tyson in one of these, your list ain't right

  • ハーンズvsデュランが1位だろ

  • no tyson... BS

  • Where's doctor House?

  • Loved it...LOVED IT!!! Finally a list that doesn't just concentrate on "Modern Boxing" but takes it from the old and the new. Great job T15 Productions. If I may, Honorable Mentions: Julian Jackson vs Terry Norris; Mike Weaver vs James Tillis; Iran Barkley vs Tommy Hearns, just a few I had in mind. Once again tremendous job.

  • @publikenamee - You're think of Mike Weaver vs John Tate, not James Tillis. The Weaver - Tillis fight went the distance.

Have you seen Julian Jackson vs Herol Graham?

  • @BruceinFalkirk Thanx for the correction, I was a little drunk when I watched that, I don't know why I said "Quick" Tillis...lol. I have the Jackson vs Graham knockout on at least 3 dvd's.

  • Nice job on this - a really great video!

  • sugar ray robinson is hands down the greatest fighter of all time and he always weill be but walcots punch was better how he landed it and the power got into it while slipping a punch

  • Robinson threw that hook in slow motion faster than most people could sped up.

  • Comment removed

  • Ali is the best heavy weight of all time but frazier did shit on him at 2;52

  • @IRETO360 lol joe louis is better i think

  • Swap Tyson's right hand for the Jones Jnr body shot, and it's a crime to not put Lennox Lewis' right hand knock out punch against Rahman (rematch). Still, very good. Thumbs up!

  • Ali's 'phantom' punch probably qualifies as great because it caused controversy and conspiracy theories for nearly half a century...and still counting. Ray Robinson's short range killer is my favourite in this compilation. There are so many great KOs to choose from throughout the ages and this compilation captures a good cross section. Good soundtrack too.

  • No Tyson?

  • very good video except for the ali phantom punch against liston which of course was no real ko punch. good job anyway!

  • excellent video, thanks..

  • Nice a well put together range of classic clips of great fights to good music instead of horrible heavy rock or stupid r n b ect.

  • I love how Ali gets knocked down and has a look on his face as if to say , stupid mistake wont do that again , and doesnt seem to be fazed in anyway.

  • Duran looked like he wanted to give hearns a blow job lol lol

  • house soundtrack?

  • Great choices! Though no one has ever looked cooler knocking someone out as Jersey Joe did when he KO'd Ezzard Charles!

  • xxsandaxx you foolish person haha marciano was 14 stone and a crude brawler,in a era were there were no greats, jersy joe ,archie moore ,decked him ,and ezzard charles who was a light heavyweight gave marciano hell please if you know nothing about boxing just zip up

  • Foreman could of ko'd Ali but foreman was enraged wasent thinking properly got him self tired and pretty much ko'd himself by making himself tired from all the missed punches

  • House theme in background? O.o

  • @rustile306 Teardrop by Massive Attack.

  • no tyson?

  • How in da hell does Larry Holmes get up from that punch??? Shavers, admited by many to be one of the hardest hitters ever. George Foreman´s own word: I never fought Earnie Shavers, thank God. Impressive! That´kind a says a thing or two about Tysons punches.

  • @ar83es WISH HOLMES WAS 27 AND NOT 37 WHEN HE FOUGHT TYSON ,WOULDVE BEEN VERY INTERESTING

  • @MrLeebo123 True, that would be an interesting match up. Check out "Beyond the Glory: Larry Holmes" in case you missed it. I love that documentary

  • @MrLeebo123 It would have been interesting had he not been so rusty imo.

  • Apart from Ali - Liston, good video. Other possible punches include:

    Bob Foster vs Mike Quarry.

Floyd Patterson vs Ingemar Johannson 2

    Julian Jackson vs Herol Graham

    and Foreman vs Moorer

  • You were doing well in this compilation until you got to Ali - Liston 2. Dear oh dear, that punch wouldn't put a small child down.

  • song name?

  • the ten people that got hit disliked the video.

  • frazier gave ali his best shot and ali gets up like if it was nothing.. unbelieveable

  • @joe123090

Yes that's also what's so amazing. The way Ali got up from that. I just don't see any fighter in history ever knocking him out.

  • @T15Productions well ali did say in an interview with arsenio hall that he would fight anyone but against tyson.. tyson would put him to sleep. but who knows?

  • @T15Productions

Marciano would have knocked his face off.

  • @T15Productions what fight was that? was it then second first or third? lol

  • @T15Productions can you remember when ali was put down (i think for the first time) agains henry cooper.

he got right back up but he was all over the place, from what iv herd ali's corner cut one of his gloves so they could spend some more time waking him up as ali was still dazed.

love this top 10 as you haven't gone down the normal route of putting the current boxers in it (gaywether, pac.man, hatton, haye, and so on)

the only slight niggel i have is that you put music in it,

  • @T15Productions Apart from our Enry who put him down for over 15 seconds but was saved by the bell. When Ali's cornermen cut his glove to give him time to re-COOPERate. Cooper being under 14 stn at time of the fight - I would say if Henry Cooper could do that Tyson could have done double

  • @T15Productions It could be argued that Henry Cooper knocked out Ali in 1963

  • @hthedog

That cannot be argued at all bro.

  • @T15Productions I don't know how the hell Ali popped up so quickly after Frazier caught him, that shot would have taken out almost anybody, but Ali was out on his feet after Cooper caught him. Watch him stagger along the ropes, they sit him down, he stands up again... He had no idea where he was so Dundee waved salts under his nose, you can actually see him come round on his stool in the corner.

  • @hthedog even though sli was up instantly no that cannot be argued

  • @hthedog WHATS THAT NOISE....bup bow

  • @hthedog not knocked out, it was a knock down

  • @T15Productions tyson would have, end of story no argument

  • @T15Productions I don't think ali would stand the power of mike tyson in his prime

  • @joe123090 Oh, Ali felt it. He was staggered when he got up, but did well to hide it.

The fact that he got up the way he did in the first place was admirable, though.

  • @joe123090 - take your head out of Ali's ass will you. It wasn't "like it was nothing", he got knocked flat on his back by Frazier's left hook and also lost the fight on a wide points decision. Why don't you call Frazier's performance "unbelievable" instead of hero-worshipping Ali.

  • @appearce55 well they only showed the knockout not the whole fight so get your head out of your own ass and stop talking shit on youtube since you dont know anyone here. there both great fighters, the two greatest of there time as ali said after the thrilla in manila (and i know this isnt the thrilla in manila). frazier had great power but ali could take a punch by anyone of his time. they both put up a great performance. no ones head is up no ones ass unless you talk shit on youtube

  • Comment removed

  • I thought for sure a Tyson uppercut would of made the list. Good video tho.

  • @TheMma8055 yeah i expected tyson vs johnson . the body shot not the straight after . good video yea still

  • fuck yeah!

  • very good mix. miamiorlando1, boxing is a very complex sport. You have apsolutely no idea what you are talking about, Mariano was the best, the reason the fighters he face were considered "seasoned" is because he crushed any opponents he fought. He was the best. EVER.

  • roy jones is not a puncher

  • MUSIC IS SO ANNOYING

  • is this "house" theme song?

  • @monkeys8myhw my thoughts exactly lol

  • Give me a break SuperPatrick777 and stop sucking Marciano's cock. He fought over the hill fighters. Joe Louis and Walcot would have destroyed this guy in their prime. Also - experience and seasoned does not mean crap...if that were true all of the old boxers would still be great...boxing is a young man's sport...don't try to be slick. Rocky was a 2nd tier fighter at best..fighting bums and in fixed fights.

  • @miamiorlando1 Joe Louis and Walcott were great fighters, Marciano was just the best.

  • @miamiorlando1 you will be given no break , and [ unlike you , so it seems ] , i have no homosexual tendenies , walcot was better at that age then he was was when he was younger , fighters were a lot better then , and stronger , and marciano was nealy thirty when he won the title , boxers now are in comparason are wankers , even clay admitted marciano was great , ... is that slick enough for you ???????/

  • @SuperPatrick777 "and [ unlike you , so it seems ] , i have no homosexual tendenies"

One of the most pathetic attempts at an insult I have ever seen.

  • oh i see the heanrs punch now, but how the FK is the ali liston punch in there?

  • Ever heard of Henry Cooper, greatest punch ever thrown. If he had floored Ali at the beginning of the round, who knows what the outcome would have been.

  • numbers 9, 6, and 2 were the most brutal. how the fuck did Larry Holmes get up from that punch??????????!!!!!!!!!

  • @123456789024814 not only did he get up, but damn he won the fight

  • I know for real. Thats why Larry Holmes has always been a warrior.

  • <
