  • Hi, where ru from? weird stumbling across your vid, I just did the same this this week (put all my bits n pieces into containers like that in the fridge) & yes, it DID take a few hours to prepare. I got through week 1 &really enjoyed having fresh food to eat at work every day, but now here's the w'end and I have more important things on & can c my care 4cutting up vegies going out the window. I'll be following your progress and any tips you discover along the way. I hope you enjoy the journey.

  • @nictii I live in Melbourne Australia - The best city in Australia :) - but am originally from Sydney. I hope you stay interested and follow my journey. It is so much fun so far and I am really enjoying the challenges and change I am seeing. I have found a lot of really neat short cuts into preparing food, which helps with the motivation to stay on top of it and remain organised, I can let you know those if you like.

  • You're fabulous. I love your enthusiasm about developing your body into something that others only dream about. Where is your confidence for success coming from? Aren't you afraid that in one or two months your motivation will drop?

  • @bnhes1 confidence for success? I just moved to a new city and honestly wanted to make new friends - always loved sport and finally found a gym I loved (which happened to be a bodybuilding gym) so I just decided to become a body builder. My confidence will not drop, I have zero distractions and am surrounded by likeminded people who share and/or support my goal. But if my confidence does drop hopefully someone pulls me into line. x

  • hey you also drink milo!!!! nice!! good luck with your competin!

  • you're so organized with the containers of food. that's a great way to keep and make yourself eat good raw stuff.

  • @gymlog75 Yes, and is great for time management also. Highly recommend spending a few hours one day a week to organising your weekly food

  • @FitBuilderChick lol... Yes, I was a milo fiend before this challenge, I now have to treat myself to a milo in a few more weeks. I only drink it with cold milk but am not allowed diary products at the moment because of my training and nutrition

  • @FitBuilderChick no dairy? should guys avoid that too for cutting?

  • @gymlog75 Nope Diary is apparently terrible if you are trying to shred. So cut out all diary products, all bread (simple carbs), all processed foods and sugars. It is tough but definitely something that is achievable.

  • @FitBuilderChick I will have to limit that then. I appreciate your advice. I wonder about rice milk, then -- I'll miss my cereal.
