@SilentPeat the ship in halo wars was a repurposed (what do you call the...) colony ship. Basically they bring down like buildings and start colonies on planets that they discovered. Judging from this key purpose, I would assume they had tons of resources available.

@TheJack768 if you want to permanently clear an area, have it remain within vision and range of a unit thats immune to the flood, i used spartans and tanks. they make sure it doesnt respawn, and flood buildings only respawn if they are out of both sight and range

now one of these odst's get an injuury or something and cant remember much of his past so he starts to have flash backs.

and afterwards the odst's are safe, arbiter is still with humans and masterchief is taking his part in halo 3 and thats all i got so far.... smart ehh if you got any objections to any of this let me know
