i saw a wall like this once. except it didnt have the same prjetion. it was colorful dots falling from the top and when you put your hands up, it looked like you were catching the dots.

They have something like this in vegas. On the way to Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay they have a projection of fish onto the wall, and as you walk past the ripple effect follows you. I took some video of me walking past, if I can be bothered to getting around to putting it up I'll post a video response.
