This was a great video. We have always wanted to buy fish from the docks but always felt so nervous about knowing what to do. Went we went and did it, it was so easy and just like the video. It was nice knowing that you could ask for what you could afford, and it was nice knowing about the extra filleting cost and that you had to bring your own ice. I'd love to see a video on how to can the tuna. Fresh tuna is a dream to eat. We are never going to back to the stuff in the can.
