Keep doing it Candy, it pays off in the long run, I just started Monday my exercise routine, following Body For Life, and within a week I'm sore but feeling the results from the working out, with eating I follow the weight watchers program I'm starting at 370 will let you know in six weeks what I weigh....glad you bounced from that subway that's just nasty and you should report that to the corporate office of Subway, make sure you eat you fiber....that's great you're a 7 you look good
