lmao nah, i just picked up a 50cc mini moto an the community officers (some voluntary police who police the streets for free) stopped me and said hand over my bike. So i drove and lost them in the side streets because they where on foot. Then hid it when the base van (real police in vans) came around. then went back for it later, and yes its illegal without a helmet here. so i couldnt say jack shit 2dem... and my bike broke in the end anyway so now i duno lol
