yes-- i know its incredible but gokor is a bad video instructor. tell me - why does he teach the ashi with form then he demos it differnt? btw - 3rd dan judo - brown BJJ. one more - gokor is all flat feet - bad bad bad.

haha, yeah Sonnon's is better if you want some 20 minute verbal instruction with big words for each technique. If you want leglocks proven in mma than Gokor is the man.

Glad I didnt order it. Gokor shows kochigari with foot then does it with leg in practice. Sonnons stuff sambo is better IMO
