even though i dont agree mix breeding in parrots. They are absolutely beautiful and you are owned by 2 very great birds. I do not agree with this why? If these birds ever stand a chance in the wild they cannot be mix bred, the flock would not accept them. But in this case they are pets only and will never be released.

these birds are originally from South America somewhere in between north-east of the Brazilian coast to the Amazon. Although it is a nice pet, these birds are protected by law now and selling or bying them is crime. Sorry.

Except that is not true at all.  As long as they are captive bred and not imported everything is perfectly fine. The macaw family is becoming much much more popular - and is without a doubt one of the most bred and kept bird species.

I think the name you are looking for is a Caloshua Macaw (cross between a Hyacinth and a B&G).

To intentially cross species is wrong, btw.
