  • Sleep is not encouraged at the workplace during the daylight hours. Mistakes do happen. While it might be a good idea for employers to consider nap schedules for their employees during the day, we should all take responsibility for ourselves and get some good quality sleep during the evening hours.

    So, when you go caveman then you better sleep...at least 8, but ideally 10-12 hrs. Gonna be hard at work, but that's work.

    Anything else is just bHOLLOCKS!
