@88lopez4music Yes,its really my dad! In answer to your question,technically yes, he SHOULD get the royalties for its use as they own the copyright for it. However, the specific use you refer to in Radio Television was not authorised. Dad was aware of this but hadn't been able to locate the specific video. Since reading your question I have pointed it out to him. He's going to contact the other band members 2 see if they were aware of it. Then its a case of whether they think its worth pursuing.
