Its name is "Master". It can destroy steal blocks, cut ropes, clear stumps, ...

You need to play through the game (get 8 mirror pieces, defeat end bosses) to unlock it.

it works on any version, but it's inhuman to try to get the wizard by mixing two powers always, i bet that this was made with tools

The anime and the games can't be compared directly, so that's why you have to distinguish at this point
