Nycolea, we don't provide any support under her arms. This leads to injuries. We only tip her forware onto her tibia and pivot her on the swivel. In fact we move people over 300 pounds with this technique. We teach these techniques to personnel in nursing homes all the time.

It seems like you are not giving her enough support under her arms. If she was 200lbs, I don't think you would be able to get her in the chair.
