Great video! I also have a video juicing with my son using a Jack Lalanne on my channel :-) Juicing is so fun, good for you, and delicious. You did a good job getting juice from the kale. I usually blend it in a smoothie because not much ever comes out for me. lol

This is the best way to get fruits in veggies in growing bodies. I started my daughter off with veggies when she was 5 or 6 months old. I have given her liver, and all types of veggies and she has no problem eating anything I set before her. A lot of kids are picky and this is a great way for them to get vitamins and nutrients. I love it. I have to get a juicer.

I love seeing children munch on fresh fruits & vegetables. It's the best way to get the most out of them. Good Job Monique! . Whilst juicing is great as a starter for picky eaters, I suggest adding is some of the fibre that is in the pulp part.

@NYCCHOCOLATE7777 Yep, juicing really helps with picky eaters. He didn't always like snacking on raw fruits and veggies. I guess drinking raw juices helps to develop a taste for them.
