whilst I know nothing about business I cannot understand the logic in sugar's last 2 decisions. Neither can I understand why Alex, Helene and Michael are still in the competition because they lack integrity, honesty, and are quite prepared to make sure people look bad in order to further their survival. This is NOT, surely, a "survival course", but a job interview; and these people should not simply be judged on the outcomes etc but the way they conduct themselves.

Actually, he doesn't. He only gets to the interviews (with sufficient ease) but does not get to the finals. No-body, not even the finalists however know who wins. It is definitely not Raef however.
