chill out ???? i have both and love them each in different ways take on board you might be able to tweek kyosho a bit more but i have a gen 1 xmod too and still won races with that against kyosho so i guess its the luck of the night and the guys you are racing that make it all count but all in all its just damn good fun take care all steve newman

why are all the peeps bein haters i have both and i can say xmods are fun can drift but its more for kids who want to get a start in rc or people who want something that looks awesome or whatever, mini z's are precise and i even raced them when i was 5 and it was pretty fun but performance wise stock mini z would beat a stock xmod just take it right and suck up your pride with xmods and just lets all come together and just say it was fair please

im guessing ur a mini z fan and a xmods hater i havent raced a mini z yet but i did order the mini z electronics for my xmod evo i think it depends on what u wanna do with ur rc car. i think mini z is more for the "racers" and xmods is more for the casual user i like to drift mine i dont think mini z is as good for that but mini z would roast a xmods in a real race

hello ppl kyosho is the same thing as a mini-z i have a x-mod evouloution with a stage 2 kyosho motor and stock suspension and sof compound tires and a all wheel drive kit and i smoke mini-z my mod had so much tourq that i could lift the front wheels up on take off i have the 67 firebird too so fuck all x-mod haters they are good cars for half the money

Thats a bad idea. mine are used and one of them has a control range problem. for 10 american more you can buy one of the new ones which are better in steering and everything and in canada they dont sell body kits anymore so its not gonna bother you without the body kits and the cars are more detailed anyway. Buy them from radio shack which is reliable AND NOT ANYWHERE ELSE ( some advice to save money well lose 10 but you get more)

dude, there is no such thing as 150.+ rpm motor's no matter what anybody says. I bought the fastest most topped out rpm motor. they said 210k rpm so i bought it to really test it the thing only got up to 75k with a v2.2 board li-ion 3s combo and aluminum dog bones rear driveline case and others so yeah buddy you can suck it raw know bitch

Personally, I really think its the driver man, I mean you could mod up with top end equipment all day, shit spend a pay check on it, and if you don't tweek it just right, you can fuck up on a simple 30 degree curve, and all the modifications in the xmod world aren't worth a shit if you ain't got the touch.
