@Jellislee I missed her to, and looking back at Season one and two. Kate was the last person that I thought that would die. They ended that with some good closure, how it seemed Kate was still with the team even though she was dead. Then after Ari died Kate's soul was able to rest in peace. What got me going was when Kate's "spirit" told Gibbs, "Your late for my funeral Gibbs", and Gibbs reply, "Sorry Kate."

I remember Gibbs being shot by Ari previously. A good character to hate. What did you think of this latest episode? Kind of weird.

@ajogg I thought it was a weird episode to, but it was also interesting seeing what would happen if Gibbs did save Kate, or Gibbs not killing Pedro (if anyone asks whose Pedro he is the guy that kill Gibbs' wife and daughter). If Gibbs' Wife and daughter lived he would have died in combat. Thats where the marines showed up at the front door. All I could say the episode was a real thinker. It was unexpected, but still a good one. This is why I am glad I seen every episode.

@UnchartedRocks25 Me too, It was well done. And like you said in another post, I miss Kate as well. Sad that she left (supposedly because the hours were too much for her), but then got back into TV several yrs later. It's an ok show, but it's not NCIS.

@ajogg Yeah even though Kate died, they were able to replace her with Ziva. She was a good replacement, but incomparable to Kate. I like both Kate and Ziva they both have two completely different personalities, you just can't compare the two. For me the main glue for the show is Gibbs, Tony, Ducky, Abby, since Season 2, Mcgee, Ziva proved to be irreplaceable in Season 7 "Truth or Consequences" Where they tried to find a replacement, but they couldn't.

@ajogg I have a gut feeling Vance might last for another season or 2, considering the history of NCIS directors in the show. Then I could be wrong, but Vance was the hardest to get used to, given how he started as director. How he was acting in halfway through Season 8.

I think that when Mike Franks died, that was the saddest moment. Because it had such a great effect on Gibbs. The number two would be Jenny's death, and after that I would say when Gibbs shot Agent Lee.

I haven't watched the first three seasons, so I don't know a lot about Kate, but if I did, the list would look different.

the arms dealer and his daughter Tony was having an affair with. Ducky found the evidence it wasnt Tonys body as there was no scar tissue on his lungs from when he had pneumonic plague. They all were relieved that somewhere Tony was alive. Good episode

The whole crew watched Tonys car blow up on the plasma screen, very touching.

i cry everytime i watch this episode. you can really tell Ziva has feelings for tony by the way she reacts when she watch the car explode. and then when she is holing his badge. i just ahhi hate this episode cause its soo sad.and then did you see the way she reacted when he just walks off of the elevator like nothing happened. ziva was just like oh hes back. whatever. and acted like she hated him or something. it was weird. :) haha <3 Tiva! <3

You're right. I did happen to see the episode, and being Gibbs I can understand why he only wanted her to simply do her job, which was as he said the only thing he ever expected of her. Plainly, it sucked all around, both for Abbie and for Leroy. Thank God it's only a show, 'cause that situation sucked. Love the show. Tony's a riot, and I don't believe they could have picked a better cast than what they did.

Yeah, if the names of his wife and daughter are mentioned it's almost as though he'd take your head off if you didn't change the subject - quickly. Also you'll notice that he says the word "Sorry" at Kate's funeral, which broke one of his own rules. And speaking of Shannon and Kelly, Abbie should never have submitted her report when evidence that Gibbs had killed the scumbag surfaced. I wouldn't have. Then again, she's not one of my favorite characters.LOL.

Gibbs wasn't going to stop her. In fact, he ENCOURAGED her to do nothing less than her job, which included submitting that report. He was prepared for his dismissal/termination from NCIS; he was resigned to it. But Abby's report was intercepted by M.Allison Hart and then given to Gibbs. He then threw the report into the fireplace in his house.
