For example if a mother has several sons, statistically the younger sons are more likely to be born gay than the elder because of the effect of hormones in both child and mother; similar to how blood types can cause problems in the womb.
Even if it weren't being homosexual affects no-one but the individual so why does what you or I think have any relevence? Everyone is entitled to their life.

Incest can result in increased genetic problems in offspring, zoophilia exploits the animal and polyamory isn't illegal in most countries, although marriage between more than 2 people often is, but this is more for the legal side of things, rather than the moral issues.

Incest is not limited to brother and sister having unprotected sex either given that there is contraception, infertlity or homosexual incest as well. @NatDemUK not as a percentage they don't. If incestuous couples make a case to a court they can be allowed to have a sexual relationship, providing no offspring is produced.
Anal sex between a heterosexual couples is more and more common these days, and even if it wasn't too common it's still enough to rule out your "anal sex is why we should make homosexuality illegal" point.

Biological effects are not limited to genetics any A-level biology student could tell you that.

@FerretBob One thing I do not see any evidence that it is hard-wired and even it were it would be considered biological/ genetic and since you are saying that it is not, then that does not make sense to me at all. Alternative sexualities encourage society to believe that they are normal and that they are just the same as monoamorist, heterosexual, anthropophilic and non-incestuous relationships when they clearly are not, so that means that there is no reason to promote or endorse them.

@NatDemUK Actually they are not frowned upon, most people treat sufferers with sympathy as with anyone who has an illness.
I don't consider myself politically correct, I just believe that everyone has a right to live their life unmolested by others. If two (or more) people love each other they have a right to marry and raise a family even if you (important though your opinion doubtless is) disagree.

I have not even heard of any tribe that advocates an alternative lifestyle to society as normal, homosexuality has been hated in many societies and has even suffered execution. For population control, we have contraception and besides the birthrates in Britain are going down because of this. No, STD is an issue because it has been spread the most amongst those two groups: I do not give a damn whether they are loving faithful, they are abnormal and what they practise is not the basis of society.

In fact hardly has homosexuality ever been tolerated in Africa, homosexuals have has always faced execution. @NatDemUK The nuclear family that we have grown up in is a very modern phenomenon; that's even obvious in the name. Before the twentieth century the extended family was the basis and I've already outlined the benefits there. Also assuming that the basis is unchanging is foolish as well, the basis of western families used to consist of woman as inferior beings used only for procreation.

I don't give a shit when it was or not, the point is that the sexual union between man and woman has always been glorified as the basis of society and always will as they are the same species and two people not more that bring society into existence. Promoting "gay marriage" is pointless because it glorifies an alternative lifestyle that is not the basis of society at all, it is just some abnormality worth nothing and it would encourage polyamory, incest marriage, friendship marriage etc.

For instance, in many parts of the world, relationships between one man and as many women as he could afford to "keep" were common. Infidelity and divorce are RAMPANT in the heterosexual population. The result? A host of blended and nontraditional family structures. Modern society has not collapsed. It has evolved, and civil rights for ALL citizens are long overdue.
