mutual support was to keep each other surviving in poverty stricken areas because no one was helping them, the "adults" who were responsible for the kids, did not assist the kids, therefore the kids had to find ways to survive in the system resulting in "gangs" and then they had to find ways to survive, this resulted in illegal activities since there is no other way for them to make money because the "money system" does not support Life. the "money system" needs to change to support all Life
