  • Sorry to see this happen..I would venture a guess that she got too far away from you....loss of direction and then a tip stall ......I usually throttle back upon take off, but have had something similar like this happen to me..on water and land..very painful....hope your aircraft was repaired...beautiful lake too..good luck. HRH
