I believe the description is incorrect. This was an incident in Washington County Wisconsin, near a place called Holy Hill. You can see the hill dominating the landscape in this video. Mike Miller is a Milwaukee tv reporter. I recall the story vividly.

I don't know if it was a bigfoot but it did sound a lot like the bigfoot yells that I herd in documentarys on bigfoots in Ohio and the pacific northwest. I am a believer that bigfoot is real and just know how to say undetected from people and every now and then one show's up while some are reported and some not.
