I completely agree with you about needing to identify who we are internally before we can have success externally. I just don't know how to figure out "who I am". It seems like such a vague, abstract, esoteric thing.

@balticseaamber - Hi there. I hear you that "who I am" can be a vague/esoteric question....Here one way that I coach people to explore that question. Think about the things you LOVE to do. Things that when you do them, you loose track of time and are completely PRESENT. Next, think about the qualities that come forward when you do those things. Those qualities will reflect who you are! Hope that is helpful!
