yeah, it's a breakdown. breakdowns came from hardcore punk and they usually kick ass, it's not until metalcore and deathcore came around that breakdowns started to get looked down upon.
@warwick487 breakdowns got awesome with metalcore, then when metalcore got mainstream they were abused and they got ruined but they only reached their laughable status when deathcore rised to popularity ;D
@warwick487 yeah I know what you mean, hardcore breakdowns are fucking badass, but then the metalcore & deathcore kids had to make their gay breakdowns where they just over use them in each of their songs, hardcore breakdowns were more unique & way more cool :D
How petty, fighting over what genre of music is better. This is why "The Movement" or whatever the fuck you want to call it will never work. "How can we change the world when we can't even change ourselves?"
what song are they playin? i fuckin love this song and insult (swedish one) has a song called dutch thrash on the rise which sounds exactly like this song and i wanted to know the name of the song.
I'm glad this stuff is ending up on the You. I think we've still got 20 or 30 VHS copies of "the Actuality of Thought" vid if anyone out there is interested. Ahhhhh....1997.
Wow...glad you're digging it. It's pretty rough for us to look at these days. Check out the Bifocal Media/ Bifocal Pictures sites for a bunch of more recent stuff. This one was over 10 years ago.
Such geeks making powerful music, I saw them play a bunch and am much better off in life because of it! It's one thing to make 'heavy' music with funny lyrics, it's another to be a temperamental asshole in reality, their music really makes that clear, I like that.
Spazz will always rule the death realm of hc =======mind over matter rad 1.2 second breakdowns
