The focus on women is because:
traditionally this work has been done by women, because of this it has been perceived as "low status", this has resulted in low wages - for both the men and the women in the sector.
The best way to support the rights of men working in the sector is to support the women running this campaign. Yes?
Remember it is also not just women's rights, it's also men's rights that work in the industry also. We as men are struggling also in this industry.
