  • oh my god she is wonderful

  • i love her so much her music can reach the soul unlike so much garbage in society.

  • This reminds me of when I saw her first appearance on Letterman. I felt like I was hit by lightning and have been a big fan ever since. I have seen her live a few times and she is wonderful Her music is hauntingly religeous and erotic. She is so full of passion.

  • Amost too much for a nighttime talk show . . . I admit I envy those in that night's audience. Cheers.

  • The day after I saw this performance on Leno, I went into a cool record store (where the employees actually know music!!) and said "this woman was on Leno and had an album, something about earthquakes" and needless to say, the clerk knew what I was talking about and said people had been coming in for it all day!

  • Love the natural hair... Where did this true artist go?

  • I hope you also like my cover of this beautiful song...

  • Jay Leno and David Letterman really love her.

  • I love the backdrop!

  • what a range

  • haaa check out the enormous compact disc jacket from back then....

  • the version of winter (live at montreux 91/92) is so much better

  • @lonsvisserdale The thing is... it's not a piano sound, it's some digital sound. Her singing and sound quality are way better in that vid indeed.

  • that music is still making success

  • She SOUNDS and LOOKS really stunning here.. but what's with the TREES? O_O; It reminds me of the Wizard of Oz (in a good way)

  • I can't believe this is 17 years old! Time goes by so fast...

At least she's still got it after all this time. ;)

  • The only artist that I have faithfully listened to for almost 20 years now. Amazing. Never a bad song or album.

  • i was 17 then omg it looks so old now bugger !!! time flys!!

  • while we are all wishing here, I will state mine, I wish I was that piano bench:)she is so fucking sexy, and passsionate.Jujst hearing her sing makes me horny.

  • wtf inappropriate young children might be watching this ! great think that but dont say it out loud

  • this is such a powerful performance look at her eyes when she is looking at the camera...so much happening there.

  • @chinashopjada

That is probably because there is a dildo in her seat, I mean look at how she sits.

  • I love the sound of her voice back then. She is still stunning now, but back then she sounded real, raw, and her voice was clean and clear. Now she looks and sounds a little more like a production.

  • She steals my heart every time I hear anything off of Little Earthquakes.

  • her voice was so clear and had an intricalcy to it she seemed more emotionally involved with the songs i still love tori but im not as passionate about the new stuff but im grateful cuz were i was at that time in my life the songs were there 4 me and i guess were she was at the time she wrote all those songs i guess it was the right tempeture

  • I saw her at a show in 1994, in New Jersey the Friday The Brentwood Butcher OJ was going to turn himself in for killing Nichole and Ron. Of course he didn't do it. He was out on his lawn playing golf at the time. Sure, OJ we believed you you piece of garbage. Tori was great by the way and this is a great song!

  • her diction is so unique

  • i like the backdrop she's playing in front of

  • Why do you care about the backdrop? It's Tori in front of it.

  • Because it suits this song very well. Don't be narrow minded. :)

  • Me too, it's beautiful.

  • Perfect.

  • Perfectly wonderful (:

  • One of the most moving live performances I've ever seen.

    Gets me every time.

  • The high falsetto was impressive.

  • True godess in her best years... I just wish it could return a bit... but we will love her always no matter what :-) anyway, this is simply unbelievable how beautiful and moving this song, ops, I mean work of art, is...

  • Absolutely. Peak of her powers.

this version always makes me cry. Reminds me of my daughter and how I was so afraid of how much I loved her. I never wanted to be vulnerable again and yet here was my daughter and the thought of how cruel the world can be troubled me deeply...had to make her tough and strong. Felt that was my gift and that one day she would thank me for all my "scary love"

  • I wish I was her piano seat!!

  • I wish I was the piano!!! :)

  • I wish I was the mic

  • :-)))))))

  • wuajajajaa me too

  • I wish I had a piano like that.

  • You'll think differently when she plays Take to the Skye ;)

  • @loula361

    saw her live amazing,

i wish i was the stool hahahah honestly she is wpnderful

  • @loula361 She doesn't play the piano so much as make violently gentle love to it. There's a passion to every movement, as if she's one with the song and the instruments. Note 4:10...

  • @loula361 I wish I was the stool.

  • i love tori this is a very good song..

  • no one like tori!

  • Simply AWESOME!!

  • wow jay leno looks soooo different

  • 很好 amazing.

  • she's so pretty!
