Erie Police Chief Steve Franklin wrote in the letter that Cousins admitted to driving a vehicle after leaving the Treehouse Tavern on April 6, the night the video was made.
"You were drunk and left the bar and knowingly operated a motor vehicle," Franklin wrote.
How many arrests didn't happen. So I should wait in line because someone might be drinking? Might as well have cops tuck us in at night too to make sure the boogie man isn't under our bed. Better have daily raids too to make sure we're not doing anything illegal in our homes.
