good stuff, but may I suggest go 3-4 eggs, only 1 egg yolk, yolk is where the fat is. With your creme cottage cheese, just go low fat cottage cheese, not creme version. This allows you to add light fat cheese for flavour. On average you are looking at 2.3grams of fat, 14.5 grams of protein with low fat cottage cheese so your ratio is far better. I did this for my BFLC and the results were great, just gets you that extra bit lean, and of course adding more protein after a decent work out,

Eggs in the microwave are just fine. Just make sure you crack them out of the shell first... otherwise, you will have a real mess on your hands. Also, buttering the microwave dish before you pour in the eggs helps with the clean-up afterwards.
