Ok seriously need help here, i entered my IP address, got the "Web-Based Configurator" thing up, logged in. Now, you know the bit at the side where it has 'Status' and your router model? On other things i've seen, there's additional options but i dont have them, and that seems to be how you open your nat. Please help!

I know it's like 2months since you people couldn't get the IP right.. so I suggest searching on google for your router/modem type. Or, you know.. just check your IP on your PC.. :P

Any ip adress i type in the search bar i either get: "Server connection timed out" or something along the lines of "page not found."

Unfortunately i can't remember then. I suggest phoning Microsoft and get all the ports from them. Then just keep trying. Sorry man that's all i can tell you.

Well it really depends if you got the router seperatly or form your isp(internet service provider) if you got it seperatly look on the box and it might say it there if you dont have acsess to the box it came in try admin or 1234.....

If you got it from your isp, phone them up and ask them make sure you have the router model number ready, its mostly printed on the router.=)

Well there is one more thing sometimes its what your router system is running under because there are ones that cant actually do port forwarding if you phone zyxel they will tell you how to upgrade/d-grade so you can port forward...
