  • The Yanks killed this plane cos they couldn't make one, they wouldn't let it fly over the inland states. Jealously killed this plane. Just put into goggle how many 707's, 747's crashed how many Concorde's crashed? That will tell you the full story.

  • @DenisHuaHin WHO R U CALLING YANKS? I LOVE THIS PLANE!

  • Who are these idiots that claim that Concorde relied on the American SST projects? LMFAO!

Just for the record - the Boeing aircraft was named the 2707, the Lockheed was the L-2000.

  • i made this video 720p its epic make sure to see!

  • What a magnificent aircraft !

  • I used to live like a mile an a half from jfk and I would love hearing the concorde landing and taking off. It was pretty cool. I wonder what the turbulence was like on this bad boy.

  • There's no turbulence at 60,000ft high lol!

  • amazing

  • some idiots think the concord was totaly different from the sst. the fact that the conception of the concord came from the sst. without the sst the concord would have never existed. political bullshit and us laws kept it from being in service in this country. maby you had better study your history qwertdr. i watched the news everyday read about it when it was happening looked it up in real books not on the net which didnt even exist then. so before you go calling people a moron you idiot.

  • You seriosuly are a pratt.

SST? Concorde is a SST. Learn to spell Concorde too.

I don't know what I know from the net, I KNOW people directly involve din the project, my father worked at British Airways as Technical Training Officer.

The research was started and information was shared, but this was only early on - before projects were even mentioned. The two projects then ran independently. They just aimed for too much. Lockheed's plan was better.

So don't be an arse. Learn your facts, idiot

  • Actually, Russia was first, then NASA quickly went there to buy the rights, and later sold it to france, who blamed russia of stealing paperwork...

  • Don't bullshit.

  • @barthoedemaker get your facts right u no nothin

  • Brilliant video, thank you! = )

  • Boy I love that plane.. Wish it was still in service. What is the name of this song btw?

  • Adiemus by Adiemus.

  • it's a shame americian beruacracy kept it out of americian production, it was originaly developed by beoing and called the sst. but the plans were sold to france and england when it wasnt allowed to fly over the us due to noise polution. so sad sometimes are the laws of this country that stop our progress.

  • YOU KNOW NOTHING.

Don't spew such crap. The US were NEVER involved with Concorde and it was created by a merge between British and French plans.

The US Boeing SST was totally different and was canned.

Learn your facts before you go around being a moron.

  • Think i can breifly remembering this flying overhead when small. I wish it was still here. It feels strange to remember it, Rather than continue to see it . It looks modern :(

  • Can someone say the name of the song in this video?

  • Wow....how awsome

  • a truly legendary plane im sure there gonna make another supersonic passenger jet soon

  • Brilliant. Good job.

    Thank you.

Unfortunately it has comment to an end for Concorde.
